I like everything about the apartments

The place could benefit from a deep cleaning. Keep in mind that if you want your room cleaned during your stay, you'll need to pay an extra fee.

Communication and customer service could be improved. Here’s my experience:

After making my reservation, I received a message stating that payment must be made in advance, which was fine. However, if you choose to pay by credit card or PSE, the price increases. I offered to make a bank transfer and requested the account details. But since it was the weekend, the money does not appear in the account until Monday.

Once I completed the transfer, I asked for an email or phone number to send the bank statement as proof of payment. Unfortunately, I received no response for 24 hours. When I finally got a phone number, I didn’t see the message immediately. An hour later, I found two messages—one informing me that since I hadn't sent the bank statement, my reservation was canceled, even though I had already paid. They also claimed that if they could send images through the booking messages, I should be able to as well, though I still don’t know how to do that.

While I acknowledge my delay in responding, I pointed out two issues: first, I wasn't able to send images through the booking platform; second, I had waited 24 hours for their response, yet they expected me to reply within an hour. Eventually, my reservation was reinstated.

Additionally, be aware that a deposit is required at check-in. While it is refunded upon checkout, in my case, it took more than a week to receive it.

I like how the building is situated, I sure enjoy the security. which was excellent, and safe.

It didn’t have A/C and the bed was uncomfortable

- INFESTED with bed bugs and ants 🤮🤮🤮
- overpriced
- misleading pictures (the view was completely blocked by a brick wall, it felt like being in a prison)
- extremely rude staff (the host, Manuela, didn’t even apologise for the bed bugs, neither offered a discount or a simple courtesy and she was very abusive when it was time to pay for our staying)
- I’ve asked for an invoice for my staying and never received it
- overpriced laundry service
- the fridge made a very loud noise constantly
- the worst service ever received

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this property at all

Extremely noisy, noise is coming from very busy streets, from very bad insulation, you can hear everything from neighbours, from TV to having sex. Bed is located upstairs, with a huge metal pole just above it, so me and my wife hurt our head a few times. Stairs from the location of the bed are very dangerous, you can fall during night. I wouldn’t recommend this property to people who are looking for place to have rest and tranquility.

The cleaning service fee becomes annoying because I paid for a week to stay here , but they wouldn’t include it in the price to clean my unit. Even if I stayed a month , the cleaning fee would still apply. That should change at least for those staying past 4 days as a gratuity from management. Also , check out time is 11 am. Some places check out time is 1 pm.
