Not up to the expectation

Cons:

All types of services was not up to the expectations. Cleaning of bedsheets was poor and old, bathroom cleanliness was not up to the std level. Lighting in the bath room was not sufficient.

I was expecting poor service but its the worst of anything

Cons:

worst hospitality, electrical sockets broken, geyser doesn’t work, tv has no channels, wall paints are rusted, even the main-door lock doesn’t work properly, no intercom service. You have to call on various phone numbers for room service, front desk and restaurant
