La amabilidad del personal, la limpieza del hotel en general, los jardines muy bien cuidados

Cons:

No tenia aire acondicionado, solo ventiladores q no eran suficientes para bajar el calor que hacia dia y noche.
El desayuno todos los dias era lo mismo, y muy basico.
No tenia actividades recreativas ni tampoco amenidades para hacer la estancia mas entretenida o inolvidable.

Faltaba aislacion acustica de las habitaciones. El ruido del mar era demasiado fuerte sobre todo en la noche, lo que no permitia tener un buen descanso

Buena experiencia
Pros:

Tiene varios ambientes, una súper vista a la playa, variedad de comidas y bebidas, varios de su personal muy atentos, la habitación cumple con las comodidades.

Cons:

La piscina tenía mucho cloro.
Si no vas en movilidad personal, tranquilamente en una moto puedes llegar, está un poquito alejado del centro de Máncora.
Si bien la aplicación me muestra un precio, en el hotel cobran un poco más.
En la app me mostraba que el check-in era a las 2pm, ya en el hotel me dijeron que era a las 3pm, lo bueno es que permiten usar las instalaciones antes del check-in.

Pros:

Teníamos reserva , sin embargo no llegamos a instalarnos, dado que nos indicaron que no teníamos reserva, y que la habitación triple por 420 soles que habíamos seleccionado ya no estaba dentro de las habitaciones que ofrecían, sin embargo nos ofrecían una matrimonial por más de 700 soles. Decepción total. No lo recomiendo.

Cons:

No les interesó nuestra incomodidad, nosotros confiados llegamos y nos sorprendimos xq no nos brindaron ninguna solución, falta de empatía con los visitantes.

Amazing view
Pros:

The room was right on the beach with a lovely hammock and chairs on the porch. Even received room service, so we could eat enjoying the view. And service to the beach.

Cons:

If I was being picky I’d say the ants are everywhere but it’s expected, which is why they advise to not take food into room.
