The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
It would be nice if the rooms had a microwave and a small fridge.
The staff (everyone) was most polite, courteous, professional and very helpful.
The facilities were super clean and comfortable.
This is not under the hotel's control, but, the construction at the next doorvsite was a wee bit noisy the first evening. Wasn't too much, but was just a bit of a bother.
The next day however, was super silent...no disturbance at all.

The staff were all amazing, especially Anmol and Raghu. They served with a smile always and very happy to help me with everything. The Manager Mr Murthy was also very very helpful in every way.
The noise from the Restaurant every night till past midnight. Neighbour room which were almost like they were attached to my room were so noisy also.

Booked Hotel Le Grandeur for rest after a red-eye flight, but nonstop construction noise right beside the windows made it impossible. The disturbance was not limited to the day — it carried on through the middle of the night and continued into the morning, leaving us exhausted and unable to recover. Staff were dismissive, and past reviews had already flagged this same issue. Misleading high ratings raise serious doubts about authenticity.
Booking.com must take responsibility by removing or flagging such properties with ongoing disturbances and misleading ratings. Guests deserve honest information and a fair chance to make informed choices, not to be misled into uncomfortable stays.
The room is too small without proper ventilation. No external view sandwiched in between two buildings
Everything was great. The room was a good size, great bathroom. Staff were attentive and kind. Good location. The decor is all new. Comfortable bed.
I guess the road was a little noisy we were at the front of the building. But only as expected.
Except the location everything was worse! With all the worst ordeal I had to go through, the staff/manager were helpful.
When I arrived, the room was not ready. I checked-in to a room with twin beds and only later in the evening I was given the room which I booked with double bed. Room is very very very small!!! So the actual horrible begins now- When I booked the stay, the offer I got was Airport transfer & bottle of wine. I did not get both. The Hotel ppl said they are not aware of the airport transfer and Booking.com said they had no idea. Instead of a Bottle of wine, the hotel ppl gave me a glass of wine. For breakfast, you have to go to another location. The shock came when there was electric/civil work going on. I travelled the whole night with severe jetlag and the loud noise from the work woke me up and the whole stay was a disaster.
