Nice place
Pros:

Nice place. We check in very late. But the staff been really helpful. Mr Srinivas been really helpful.

Booking experience NO GOOD. Breakfast very average. Staff at the New Unit is courteous which is nice
Pros:

After shifting to New Unit, staff was very well behaved. But breakfast was brought from an outside restaurant and the quality was no good.

Cons:

Had booked a Premium Room but were offered a Standard Room. We refused to take.

Small room size.
Breakfast will be served in a different location,using coupons.
They dont specify what all you can avail for it.
Toileteries and water had to be asked everyday. Lacks pro action.
Hospitality needs to improve all lot.
Staff needs more training for keeping up to international travellers like us.
Ceiling fan was making weird noise, scary.
A C was not great.
At night, certain bulbs were ON even though switches were OFF, may be they dont use electric stabilizer.

Pros:

The staff was very cooperative.

Cons:

The details mentioned on portal are not accurate. At the time of booking, it was mentioned that free wine bottle in arrival. There was no such thing and also this hotel has no restaurant. Fortunately, we didn't book for breakfast, other wise out money would have been wasted.

Very good, comfortable Bengaluru stay
Pros:

A very good stay in Bengaluru. The hotel was comfortable, clean and convenient, and everything worked smoothly during the visit. Good value and a pleasant base for the trip.

Good central base - Bengaluru is huge!
Pros:

The staff are faultless - respectful, friendly and accommodating; our room was spotless and very comfortable - an upgrade from a standard room. Location is great - lots of shops, eateries, restaurants in the area.

Cons:

Room was listed as having a terrace - there are NO terrace rooms nor garden views at this hotel despite being listed. However, you can go to the staff roof terrace for some air/smoking. Breakfast is from 8am (despite being told it was 7am) which was inconvenient as we had a tour that started at 8am. No in-room fridge but the manager allowed us to store drinks in a staff fridge.

Pros:

Hotel room was quiet neat and comfortable. It was worth or more than what we paid for. Toilets were clean as well. Staff and room boys were very helpful.

Cons:

Once lift door opened, there was stinking smell. Actually it will be first opinion for anyone who steps in. It is hight time the lift carpet must be replaced. It really gives bad impression.
