It was close to Rincon beach

Cons:

No facilities at all, just the bed. No TV, no microwave, no fridge. The air conditioner is disabled until you pay an additional fee of 18 dollars per day.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

We've stayed many times and in he past it was awesome, unfortunaely they've not kept up with maintenance and the room we booked was not the room we got and no one there cared.

Cons:

We booked a room for 3 adults and he second bed was a small child's cot... ridiculous when we've in the past had a room with two full sized beds. We were literally the only people here so no excuse to not give us the room that was in the picture when I booked it. Breakfast first morning was cold omlette with dry soggy toast and we were told there was neither butter nor jam for the bread. It's sad to see the deterioration of a once great place to stay. Prices have risen dramatically while service has declined. It will be out last stay there after many years of going there.

Rincon Rubi is a very sweet hotel in a magical location. We can’t wait to return!
Pros:

Beauty of the grounds and location. Delicious breakfast. Cheerfulness of staff despite our meager Spanish skills.

Cons:

Bed felt more like a box spring than a mattress, not very comfortable.

we checked in and we ended up needing to leave due to the pool being unusable infested with tadpoles and beetles. We also found two cockroaches in the bathroom and a dead beetle in the bathroom mirror. The fans in the room when turned to full speed didn't have proper circulation especially for there being no air conditioning in the room. when we turned the fans on dust fell on to the beds. Not to mention, the white towels in the bathroom had brown stains on them. we requested a refund from the property and we expect a refund. we also have pictures to document the condition of the place

The staff was excellent! The location was an adventure to find, but once there everything was great. We enjoyed some of the best pizza ever!

Great stay closest to the best beaches in Dominicana
Pros:

Everything. The room was nice, the shower as well, the staff were super helpful and funny. They give you a welcome drink and then the restaurant is very tasty!

Cons:

On Booking it said the checkout was at 12 but then they called me at 11am saying the checkout was at 11... You should fix that.

Great place to dine needs improvement on the overnight sleeping/bed stays.
Pros:

The place is memorable and beautiful because it has a mountain view and ocean view where you dine and will most likely spend some time, the rooms have no views at all just in a garden setting that is well kept but with hammocks that need to be better maintained.

Cons:

The bed is very stiff to sleep on not very comfortable and the faucet in the sink was broken which was a disappointment, our towels were old and had a hole in them and the sheets had some brown spots which for us was a major dislike, we did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed at all.
