Bohužel nás hlukem obtěžovala skupina “sportovkyň”, a to i dlouho po půlnoci

Pros:

Krásné prostřední, úžasné pro různé oslavy ale i pro krátký pobyt. Pokoje prostorné a čisté. Snídaně skvělá, na požádání udělají i veci které neměli v bufetu. Večeře v restauraci také výborná.

Pros:

Pěkné prostorné apartmány, krásné místo. Ocenili bychom možnost stravování (polopenze). Pokud chcete jíst v restauraci opakovaně, už máte problém si vybrat. Jinak velká spokojenost.

Určitě se zde zase vrátíme a budeme doporučovat dále.
Pros:

Statek se nachází na úžasném místě - hodinu od Prahy i od kokořínských skal. Úžasné místo pro děti - obrovské hřiště s brankami, pískoviště, herna a co bylo úplně nejlepší tak byl bazén a koupací jezírko. Obsluha úžasná, snídaně nejlepší jakou jsme kdy měli a jako bonus nám paní kuchařka připravila snídani pro syna s alergiemi aby mohl jíst s námi.

Cons:

Měli jsme velký rodinný apartmán s kuchyňkou. Předpokládali jsme, že tam bude varná deska a vybavení na vaření ale bohužel tam byla jen rychlovarná konvice a hrníčky na čaj. Naštěstí se v komplexu nachází dobře vybavená společná kuchyň, kterou jsme mohli využít. Rodinný apartmán je obrovský a opravdu krásný jen je škoda, že není rozdělený na dva oddělené pokoje kvůli soukromí pro rodiče/děti. Všechno to jsou ale jen maličkosti a dovolenou nám to určitě nezkazilo :)

It’s nice place to stay, restaurant worth the visit. But would recommend shorter stays only - no possibility to cook in
Pros:

The property is beautifully restored old farm in great location suitable for short trips. The small pond and swimming pool are great in summer. The food in the restaurant is delicious, while it might seem more expensive in comparison with food in restaurants in area, it’s actually great value for money, delicious and local ingredients for big part. Staff is friendly (with exception of one receptionist). The breakfast is great.

Cons:

Per description we have booked an apartment with kitchenette, but all we had was fridge and kettle to boil water. The receptionist present on Monday 21 July 2025 was an arrogant middle aged woman, annoyed with any question asked. (Young receptionist on other days was helpful). In the room there is no spot to put wet towels or clothes. Apartment is spacious enough to have a drying rack available. We stayed for a week and there is no possibility to wash or have clothes washed. The property claims being sustainable, but not realizing that washing clothing in the sink does cost lots of water.

Weekend Stay
Pros:

It’s located in beautiful landscape and the food at the restaurant they are bit over priced.pretty good if you stay just for a weekend only. They have got very well managed football court and other recreational activities.

Cons:

Shower in the bathroom, they need to replace overall I guess, because I also noticed in the wellness area, they are very smaller as they supposed to be.

The highlight is Teresa at the reception
Pros:

I rarely give the full-star rate. But this property deserves it for many reasons, especially for the entire endeavour to make the stay pleasant: Wonderful location, friendly staff, great restaurant including beer from the brewery on place and local wines from the region, outdoor swimming (saltwater) pool and natural (freshwater) pond, sincere ecological attempts, etc.

Cons:

The breakfast was very satisfactory, with many choices. Still, I would like to encounter milk-free scrambled eggs, ideally fried eggs.
