Good location but very unhygienic and unkept place. Don't trust the pictures, go and see the room

Good location, close to many offices. AC and WiFi were working fine. There is a lift in the premises

Cons:

Very badly kept. Curtains and bedsheets had stains. The floor was not cleaned properly. Room had a lingering cigarette smell. On the last day, I saw a cockroach near the bathroom door.

at first I couldn’t find a place and nobody answered the phone. but i informed hotel about late arrival.
No possible to pay by card and I give away all cash
ITS SO DIRTY!! bedsheets was used. no soap no toilet paper no towels no water. The walls are spited. my room number was 205. sink was dirty all tap are spited.
