Nothing I didn't like

Everything, room was awful two mattresses on the floor no wardrobe just a clothes canvas rail which kept collapsing and just about room for one person no table one chair! Husband lived out of a case for a week. Shower partly broken and rusty also dirty never used once.?No room service at all my husband emptied our bins every day. No toilet roll had to buy our own,! Two towels given on arrival which had seen better days dried out and hard! Then on day 3 dumped on our step some more towels again not used. Internet incorrect information given had to chase after owner for correct details as no one else there to help us. Also the internet turned off every night and really slow when on hardly worked. We did not stay in the property at all just to sleep as we were really stuck. Bed was changed on last day as we complained about service during our stay, telling owner having to empty our own bins and take out of resort as no main bin supplied either! Owner pestered us to pay cash on day before leaving, he was ringing us and saying you pay cash! We told him that he had card details as Booked through booking. Com so take from there! We were asked for cash right up to the morning we left he said machine broken I said we have no cash as you have asked at the end of our holiday we haven’t seen you at all! He said I do card then and please leave me a good review. We were absolutely mortified paid & left. My husband and I made good out of a very bad situation as we had looked forward to our well earned holiday and would not let this ruin it for us. There was no other place available on the island local or we would have left after day one! Also very dangerous property for anybody with disabilities like myself, steep stairs, no chairs, no lighting place in darkness at night very hard to walk through to your so called apartment, owner locks gates therefore have to walk through stoney unlevel road to reach your accommodation. The place looked derelict at night. Wouldn’t use pool!

Lay out was dangerous steep stairs to the sleeping area steps down to the shower had a deep drop no cutlery not even a spoon no crockery apart from 2 cups and 2 glasses

La pulizia della struttura, mai cambiata la biancheria in 7 giorni di soggiorno, tappetini del bagno estremamente sporchi , formiche ovunque, posto praticamente abbandonato dopo il tramonto, senza illuminazione.

Hay un problema con las hormigas en todo el recinto.
Vendría bien algo de iluminación para llegar desde la entrada a los apartamentos por la noche.

Whilst I knew this was a June holiday, I didn't expect to be the only person staying there. The traditional accommodation was acceptable but only because I'm still fit enough to climb the 'large' steps to the different levels. I was also disappointed that the pool was very dirty I did use it but preferred to go to other pool/ bars close by. The room was only cleaned once during my 10day stay.

There is nothing I didn't like.
But I must mention the stairs are fairly steep.
Not suitable for all ages and requirements.
