Very pleasant stay, would recommend!
Pros:

Great location, lovely building, room was very nice, classy but cosy. Bathroom and shower gorgeous.

Cons:

We both found the bed to be quite small and had trouble with the wifi - connection was very weak

Great location. Lovely Decor, shame about the small double bed.
Pros:

Good location. And very clean. Liked the White Company supplies.

Cons:

It was a 4'6" bed - yes, a double but in today's market one doesn't expect a small double at this level/quality of accommodation. And the room could easily accommodate a 5" bed. The bed size really should be specified in the details. Didn't see any staff - so cannot comment on them at all.

Best booking.com or Airbnb stay I’ve had in 15 years
Pros:

This property is spotlessly clean, well situated and quiet with extremely comfortable beds. The apartment had everything I needed to cook for my 4 night stay including loads of teas and coffees. The staff are very obliging and it was obvious they wanted me to have a good stay. I’ll be back

Cons:

While it doesn’t have a lift the staff were more than happy to assist me with my luggage

Luxurious Rooms
Pros:

Luxurious room with great facilities. The bathroom was amazing, a huge deep bath and a separate shower cubicle. The facilities in the room were excellent also. The location was close to the city centre, well within walking distance. The city walls are within 50m. Loved it

Cons:

Staff only available via cctv/intercom. We did see a staff member on Monday as we left, housekeeping was on site in the morning but reduced reception.

Lovely hotel good location.
Pros:

Hotel was as expected & advertised.

Cons:

8 drinking glasses in the room, but only 1 (one) teaspoon. I drink tea & my husband drinks coffee, had to wash the spoon before making the second drink.
Only one very small bottle of milk.On arrival you have a drink, not enough milk to make a drink in the morning. We went out & brought extra for the morning.
The temperature tap in the shower was very hard to move, water was very hot during the day, the morning water flow was very little & water was cold.
It would be nice to have a map of Chester city in the room or in reception to just give you a little start on what the city has to offer & where to find the sights.

Pros:

Great location, close to Centre and castle wall. Modern bathroom.

Cons:

Room was far too warm- had to have air con unit running all night with vent out of bedroom window.
Limited hanging space.

Amazing
Pros:

Amazing room and despite being so close to town centre was really quiet down a lovely street . The ladies on reception so helpful and friendly I don’t usually give 10/10 but couldn’t think of anything to deduct a mark !

Convenient location for our 2 night stay in Chester. Nicely refurbished property.
Pros:

Convenient for walking into Chester. Didn’t use car once parked in their car park ( need to pre book).
Suite was very spacious. No noise outside.
