Comfortable and stylish
Pros:

Friendly staff. Comfortable stylish room. Walking distance from the city. Will definitely be back.

Clean and comfortable, would stay again.
Pros:

It was very comfortable, the bed was nice and high and pillows were soft. Great water pressure and was almost immediately hot. Bath towels were a really good size, mini fridge is a nice touch. Cleanliness was immaculate. Distance to our restaurant booking at the grill was less than a 3 min walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only downside is the app wouldn’t let us alter our stay to be a night earlier although through messages the seven said it was available. This is an issue with booking.com though not the properties fault. When calling to try to fix this earlier there is no response on the phone lines however and slow response on the messages.

Very luxurious and had everything we needed, so close to everything all within walking distance, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful Definitely recommend and look forward to returning.

Great stay in Chester!!!
Pros:

Quiet location near to the town, parking available, very clean and well presented rooms. It was self check-in so no staff seen 🤩🤩🤩

Cons:

The locking door handle was initially a challenge, but ok once we had fathomed it out!

Location was great and the bed comfortable and the room spacious.
Newspresso machine a bonus.
On site parking great

Cons:

The accommodation is a strange mix between an hotel and an AirBnb.
It has a separate sitting area but no tables to put a drink on
Needs a microwave and some eating utensils if it wants to be an hotel without facilities

Value for money and 9/10 bed extremely comfy bus small double( Delux room) except for pubic hair, no air conditionin

Great location, clean, nice decor, bed was sooo comfy, free parking (although limited) fridge, tv, array of drinks, value for money

Cons:

I found a pubic hair on my side of the bed just below the pillow . 🤢 it was so big it should have been seen by the bed makers.

Brilliant, helpful communication and clear, easy instructions received.
We arrived outside unmanned reception hours.

Fantastic location & beautiful room with everything needed and more.

Lovely room and great location
Pros:

The property was in a fantastic location really close to the town centre. The room was lovely and spacious. The bed was really comfy and a nice bathroom great shower. There was great communication throughout from the staff and really helpful.

Cons:

We really liked everything the only bit of constructive feedback was we wish it had a full length mirror in the room.
