The room was well equipped and very comfortable for a 2 night stay. The bath and monsoon shower were great. Excellent location within a short walk to the city centre and racecourse. Reserved parking space was ideal too.
Would have liked an extra mirror, towels to be refreshed when room was made up and maybe a plan could be provided of the parking area as this was tricky to find when arriving in the dark.
Absolutely everything! We literally can’t wait to stay again, I will definitely be booking again as soon as possible, every room was stunning, the location was excellent, the apartment had everything you could ask for

- The room was lovely
- Plenty of coffee and cookies are stocked up for arrival. water and milk provided
- Every room was clean and looked exactly like the photos
- Extra security, the suite rooms have two doors (one with the keypad, a hallway separating, and another door that opens into the main room)
- Building door locks at night, keypad code is needed
- Staff answer quickly to messages
- The only downfall was the parking. It is not a fault of the hotel, as the car was secure and entry to the building was sufficient. However, the journey to the parking was complicated, as the turning is quite hidden and neighbouring cars make it harder to enter due to the buildup by the entrance.

The property was beautifully designed, nicely situated, clean, comfortable and stylish, staff were friendly and there was great communication before and during our stay
The light coming from the street lights was shining through to the bed even with curtains closed, and there was a strong smell coming from the drains particularly in the shower in the bathroom
