Pros:

Points positifs :
Très bonne hygiène, aussi bien dans les parties communes que dans la chambre. La literie est de bonne qualité, confortable. Draps propres, serviettes de linge et sanitaires propres, rien à redire sur l’entretien général.
Point à améliorer :
Le pommeau de douche était bouché par le calcaire, ce qui empêchait une bonne évacuation de l’eau. Toutefois, le problème a été signalé et une solution a été trouvée rapidement avec le remplacement du pommeau, ce qui est appréciable.

Pros:

A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Hatékonyan segítettek megoldani a problémánkat a kölcsönzött autónkkal is, pedig nem volt közük ahhoz a foglalásunkhoz. Hálásak vagyunk érte!

Only one night.
Pros:

We booked this hotel last minute at 10pm because of issues with our flights. We were not even supposed to land in Cancun. It was available and the staff let us checked in at 11pm.

Cons:

If felt more like a private room in a hostel than a hotel.

An unpleasant hotel that we would only recommend for a very short stay and only if you have a car
Pros:

- Large bed with a good blanket
- Good internet
- Parking available
- Hotel located close to restaurants and bars

Cons:

- Room with very thin walls - you can hear other guests checking in and out the whole night and also noises from the courtyard
- Unlovingly furnished rooms
- Mura claims to be a boutique hotel (def.: a small, stylish, and intimate lodging offering personalized service and unique character, distinct from large chain hotels through its individualized design, focus on local culture, and curated guest experiences, typically with fewer than 100 rooms). However, this is definitely not the case. The hotel is neither small nor stylishly designed, and it doesn’t feel intimate!!!
- The water from the shower smelt strange
- The provided towels strongly smelt of chemicals (probably bleach) - I couldn’t dry myself
- The sockets are not functioning properly
- Leandro welcomed us very friendly on arrival. However, the female receptionist was not very friendly
- No message from the hotel after booking our stay (from all our other hotels we received a direct message)
- Rusty dustbin and mold in the bathroom
- The pool is poorly maintained and not inviting to relax
- The hotel is overpriced in comparison to the other hotels we booked
- It seems like many men come here for a hair transplant
