Great hotel in Mbeya
Pros:

Clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower, fresh food, very friendly and warm staff. It's by the road, thus easily accessible.

Cons:

The bar is too close to the rooms so if you are a floor above it may be a bit uncomfortable.

I was disappointed that the second visit was disappointing
Pros:

I liked breakfast and the bed was comfortable. It is my second visit. Water pressure in the shower was nice too

Cons:

It was my second time there. This time I wanted a room with a view and I booked it in the Booking.com for TZS 128,000. It was confirmed. But when I arrived I was given a room at the back with a view that faced the backyard where buckets and other stuff were stored. I complained that I wanted a rom with a view, they gave me the same room I was given here the first time. For TZS 70,000.

It was phenomenal.
Pros:

Facilities inside the room and a very good bed.

Cons:

They took me to a different room from the one I booked online.
The lift is so scary.You see the below floors as you go up.
