Pros:

El loby y zona de alberca están agradables. Tiene el restaurante a un lado. Estacionamiento seguro. Cercano a farmacias y tiendas de conveniencia.

Cons:

El ruido de la carretera y en general del exterior. Sería bueno cambiar o poner dobles ventanales hacia esa zona.

You would be hard pressed to find a better value!
Pros:

This property is excellent. It exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff, Itzeel, Deana, Miguel are exceptional:- responsive, capable, helpful, and very friendly. The 2Bed/2Bath ocean view unit was very spacious, clean, well appointed and with comfortable beds. The ocean view was expansive from the primary bedroom, living room and kitchen. This unit has ~28' of ocean view, being able to look up and down the coast and be entertained by the whale spouts, paddle and kite boarders. The pool is large and heated. The front desk will provide you with beach chairs and umbrellas for the short 2 minute walk down the public access, that is beside Itare Beach House, to the beach. The town of Bucerias and its amazing restaurants, is a short 15 minute walk down well lit residential streets. The onsite cafe is a good and easy choice for breakfast through dinner. I will be back!

Cons:

For those on a longer term stay and who like to cook, the kitchen has minimal appointments. Full size fridge and 4 burner cooktop are great, but the kitchen does not have an oven or a good selection of pots and pans, bowls etc. The toaster oven is tiny, and just for toast. It requires a little bit of creative cooking, but it is a small price to pay for an extraordinary place.

The staff were lovely, but not enough of them spoke English, when almost the customers there at that time were Canadian
Pros:

Pool was lovely and warm. Pool chairs were excellent though not enough for all who wanted them.The foyer and main floor area were terrific, with room for visiting, , reading, games, etc. Restaurant was good. The sixth floor will be interesting when it is easy to use.

Cons:

We had no balcony, so the room was like a 1980s motel room, not interesting. It should have cost a great deal less than it did, for the noise and inconvenience.
Our only window opened up to the main highway, which had constant noise traffic all day and night.
The kitchen was supposed to be supplied with appropriate gear, but it was hardly a kitchen at all, and the housewares were poor quality and barely adequate for someone who wanted to cook and who had rented a place with a supposed kitchen.

My go-to place now when visiting the PV area.
Pros:

This was my second stay at Itare. This time I had an ocean and pool view room on the first floor. Even from the low floor I still had a lovely view, and the pool noise was minimal. The room is well-appointed with a modern design and decoration that is clean and comfortable. I slept on the sofa which was basically a platform single size bed which was also very comfortable.

Cons:

I went to the rooftop each morning to watch the sunrise: it would be nice to have a couple chairs up there.

We had a very comfortable relaxing stay.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. On site cafe. Fast taxi service. Large common pool/outdoor area, always chairs or loungers available. Towels and beach chairs. Large patio off our two bedroom unit. Convenience store very close. Very comfortable walking the area in the evening, feeling safe.

Cons:

Drains in bathroom sometimes had an odour. I was expecting basic supplies like paper towel, salt & pepper/ sugar packets. Lots of construction in surrounding area, but not noisy.

Beautiful room and hotel, close to beach bit far from main town but if enough 20min walk along beach perfect. Some nice restaurants nearby.

I did find very strange this behaviour of staff...

My first morning very early there was incredibly loud building work against wall all morning when I needed to rest. I mentioned this inconvenience to the hotel whose response was "we can't control outside noise" this is odd as it was inside the accommodation which I mentioned in person. Their response then wasn't to apologise in person but to dismiss, which not what I would expect. They offered a late check-out as compensation. But a honest response would have been more effective as things happen but to deny it not a good luck.

Note it is also private apartments not just a hotel.

If it hadn't been for that dishonest staff member would have been a perfect stay.

Very spacious with lovely views. Good restaurant next door but it sisdnt open early enough for coffee and tea in the morning!

Fue un viaje en pareja y para ambos la experiencia en el lugar fue lo más cómodo del mundo. El personal fue muy amable desde nuestra llegada, se aseguraron de que nada nos faltara. La cercanía que tienen con el centro y la playa nos permitió aprovechar el día de la mejor forma.
