Very pleasant and I will be back
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location in the middle of everything! The building itself looked welcoming and inviting
The staff greeted me with a big smile just like if they are seeing an old friend
The manager (Mr. Ihab Rabee’)of the hotel went above and beyond to make me comfortable with a big smile

اقامه رائعه واستثنائيه ومريحه

المكان هادئ وراقي ونظيف ، موظفين الاستقبال ودودين وبشوشين وجدا متعاونين ، الغرف نظيفه والاثاث نظيف، رائحه فالفندق فالاستقبال وبين الغرفه جميله جدا ، 2 اصنصيرات متوفره وسريعه ، المكان جدا استراتيجي قريب من الجامعة الاردنيه 3-5 دقائق مشي عالاقدام ، حول الفندق جميع الخدمات متوفره ( بجانب الفندق مطعم حماده جدا رائع للفطور ، ماكدونالدز ، كوفي الموند قهوتهم المختصه جميله ) وايضا يوجد بجوار الفندق ميني ماركت ، صيدليات ، وقهوه وارجيله للي يحبوها. يوجد مواقف للسيارات تحت الفندق مخدومه باصنصير. اجراءات الدخول سهله جدا، خدمة الغرف والعاملين رائعه جدا كل يوم لما ارجع الاقي الغرفه نظيفه ومرتبه وكل اغراضي مرتبه وفي مكانها ويحطون مويه كل يوم. دورات المياه نظيفه وفيها ماء بارد وماء حار ومريحه للاستحمام ومتوفر صابون لليد وللجسم. الموظفين امينين واخص بالذكر الاستاذ ايهاب ربيعه اشكره على اخلاقه وتعاونه وامانته، احنا اضطرينا للمغادره بشكل مبكر وكان متبقي لنا يومين دفعناها مسبقا ، اصر الاستاذ ايهاب اننا مانغادر الا لما نعمل استرجاع لمبلغ اليومين من شركه بوكينق، وقال لنا اذا كانت سياسه بوكينق عدم الاسترجاع وعدنا بليلتين مجانيه فالزياره القادمة، والحمد لله تم استرجاع المبلغ بموافقه الفندق وشركة بوكينق، انصح بشده السكن في الفندق، تعامل وخدمه ترقى الى 5 نجوم.

FATAL. TE DEJAN SIN DESAYUNO.
Cons:

El desayuno del primer día era muy malo y muy escaso (verdura, dátiles, café de goteo, huevos cocidos y poco más).
El segundo día nos encontramos el comedor cerrado y al preguntar nos dijeron que como era Ramadán no venía el chef!!!,
que si esperabamos hasta las 10 a lo mejor venía o que el conserje podía subirnos algo a la habitación (pepino con yogur, supongo). De una compensación ni media palabra.

Da rivedere qualcosa di piccola manutenzione nella camera ma il sorriso e e la gentilezza del personale rende queste piccole cose del tutto marginali
