مناسب لعائلة صغيرة والموقع ممتاز

رائحة الدخان موجودة في الطوابق حتى عند الاستقلال رغم منعهم للتدخين عند المدخل، لكن الجيد أن رائحة الدخان لا تدخل إلى الغرف وهذا لأنه نظام التكييف ليس مركزي فهذا جيد.
هناك مشكلة في الماء الساخن في الدش، هيث ان الضغط ضعيف جدا
