Pros:

Super Frühstück, super netter Angestellter

Cons:

Haben zuerst ein kleines Doppelzimmer bekommen. Das Bett war winzig. Zu zweit sehr eng. War aber dann problemlos, in ein größeres Zimmer zu wechseln, mit einem Aufpreis. Also wer ein bisschen mehr Platz braucht, bitte kein kleines Doppelzimmer zu zweit buchen!

Great guesthouse with brilliant breakfast.
Pros:

Great central location. The breakfast was exceptional. There was 24/7 access to tea, coffee and hot chocolate which is such a nice gesture. Beds super comfy.

Cons:

The rooms were a tad past their prime but wasn’t really an issue.

Ein wahres Juwel
Pros:

Wir sind selten sooo herzlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen und behandelt worden, wie in diesem Hotel. Der Wirt und die Wirtin haben sich um alles gekümmert, wir konnten um alles bitten, was nötig war. Und sie hatten auch Zeit für ein bisschen Klönschnack :) Abends kann man den Aufenthaltsraum mit Mikrowelle nutzen, und einen Kühlschrank gibt es auch. Die Lage des Hotels in der Stadt ist super. Man kommt zu Fuß überall in der Stadt hin. Mit dem Auto ist das Hotel gut zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Im Winter sollte man natürlich wie überall in Island auf 4x4 setzen. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber gemütlich, sauber und funktional. Die Betten sind super. Das Frühstück ist toll! In den Hotelzimmern ist jeweils ein Kunstwerk einer Installation mit dem Titel (weiß nicht mehr genau) "Was hätte sein können". Das gibt dem Ganzen noch zusätzlich einen liebenswerten Charme.

Es war alles einfach super.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty and fresh. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasant and relaxing place to stay.

Hotel Sencillo en el centro del pueblo
Pros:

Este acogedor hotel se encuentra ubicado en el centro del pueblo, a poca distancia caminando del faro y del supermercado. No tiene recepción, pero antes de tu llegada te envian un código para la puerta y tu habitación, lo cual es muy simple. Las habitaciones tienen lo esencial y están decoradas de forma sencilla pero agradable. Hay un pequeño comedor donde se toma el desayuno y te dejan ahi galletas , cafe , te y chocolate libremente para que tomes en el día. Cuenta con una pequeña terraza. Lo recomiendo.
