The beds were a little run down and I wish our room was a bit bigger, ours felt like the smallest room in the inn.

The rooms are so small!

Double room far too small and unacceptable conditions on arrival

We booked a double room described as “small”, but still advertised as being 14 m². When we entered, we were honestly shocked: the actual usable space felt considerably smaller and, above all, completely unsuitable for two people.

As the photos clearly show, the bed is practically wedged between the wall, the window and the radiator, with no proper space to walk along one side. To get into bed on the inner side, you literally have to climb over the bed. With two suitcases in the room, the little remaining space disappears completely and simply moving around becomes an obstacle course.

The bathroom is just as tiny: the toilet, very small sink and shower are all squeezed into an extremely limited space, with coats hanging practically over the toilet. However, the worst part was finding the bathroom, on our arrival, smelling unpleasant and with urine still in the toilet bowl. After we complained, someone came to clean it quickly. We asked to change rooms, but were told that the property was fully booked.

Breakfast was also well below expectations: mainly industrial, pre-packaged products, including banana bread that appeared simply to have been taken out of its packaging and served in slices. Unfortunately, the coffee was also very poor.

We fully understand that a property may offer budget rooms or rooms of limited size, but the issue here is the difference between how the room is presented when booking and how little usable space there actually is, together with the cleanliness issue we experienced on arrival.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this room for two people, especially if travelling with luggage.

Man konnte lediglich ein Fenster ausstellen, dadurch kam wenig Luft ins Zimmer.

Camera un po' piccola ma comunque con tutto l'occorrente. La colazione parte alle 7 ma per vedere il buffet completo bisogna attendere almeno le 7:30, bisognerebbe iniziare a preparare prima.

A fridge would be nice
