El baño huele muy mal, había dos turistas americanos fumando hachis todos los días en el hotel eso me pareció súper mal, entiendo era ellos pero el hotel debió haber dicho o hecho algo para evitarlo estaban en la habitación 14 y fumaban en el jardín a cada instante fue muy molesto, un día había construcciones a las 10 de la noche un chico martillando el techo tuve que salir y decirle que parara que no podía dormir.

Отдых в этом отеле оставил только положительные впечатления. Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый, всегда готов помочь. Номер б. Территория ухоженная, уютная и хорошо организована.
Завтрак входящий в стоимость проживания организован на должном уровне. Понравилась атмосфера и доброжелательное отношение сотрудников. Отель полностью соответствует своим ожиданиям и отлично подходит как для спокойного отдыха, так и для семейного отпуска.
Спасибо всему персоналу за гостеприимство! С удовольствием вернулся бы сюда снова и могу смело рекомендовать этот отель другим.

I had a wonderful stay here. The environment is beautiful, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the service is exceptional. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. We were greeted with a complimentary welcome drink, and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is surrounded by a peaceful palm grove, making it cool and relaxing even during the day. There is also a lovely swimming pool and a cozy courtyard where you can unwind.

What impressed us the most was the owner’s kindness and generosity. When they learned that our bus wasn’t leaving until 7:30 p.m. the next day, they kindly allowed us to return to the hotel and rest for free during the hottest hours of the afternoon. They solved every request quickly and made us feel genuinely cared for.

I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent retreat space with friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

The property has everything one would want to have in Siwa, including a fabulous pool and hot spring. Ashraf and the staff, Hossam and Hammu, made our stay unforgettable helping us to arrange everything we needed. They allowed us to check-in early and even gave us a breakfast upon arrival. The best place to stay in Siwa.
