Il personale é stato molto cordiale e reattivo durante il soggiorno si è rotto un interruttore della luce ma sono stati molto rapidi nel sistemarlo

La ubicación excelente, en 3 min llegas al Ayuntamiento, y a partir de ahí todo es ir viendo edificios emblemáticos!!

Cons:

La sensación al entrar en el soportal y portal del propio edificio NO ES BUENA, paredes sucias, el ascensor se ve viejo.

Pros:

The friendly staff at the reception and location of the hotel to the U2 Rathaus for getting about Vienna.
The breakfast was a nice addition to the stay. Also has a lift for anybody that requires it which was handy for my mother.

Nothing I can think of.

Séjour hivernal qui fait du bien
Pros:

L'accueil était top avec en plus quelqu'un qui parlait français :-) Je me dépatouillais avec l'anglais
La chambre était relativement petite mais très fonctionnelle.

Cons:

Je ne sais pas si c'est possible d'améliorer mais l'isolation phonique n'était pas géniale, j'entendais les conversations de mes voisins
