Un hôtel sympathique à taille humaine pour un séjour de quelques jours à Vienne
Pros:

L'accueil et les conseils prodigués étaient vraiment au top, le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux, l'hôtel est situé à proximité (200m) d'un métro et proche (2 à 3 stations de métro) du centre ville historique.

Cons:

Nous déplorons quelques points : un démarrage de travaux dans l'hôtel (coups de marteau) dès 7h du matin (alors que le petit déjeuner est annoncé à 7h30), et la lumière allumée toute la nuit dans le couloir sans possibilité de la couper, avec de grands rais de lumière qui passent donc toute la nuit sous notre porte et éclaire la chambre.

Pros:

Struttura comoda, situata in una posizione strategica vicina alla metro ed alle principali attrazioni al quale ci si può arrivare tranquillamente a piedi in pochi minuti.
Ci hanno accolte molto bene, molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta.

Piacevole sorpresa, posizione vantaggiosa
Pros:

Staff gentilissimo, colazione buona. Per gli intolleranti disponibile su richiesta latte di soia. Posizione vicinissima al Rathaus (Municipio) e molto servita, facile raggiungere qualsiasi attrazione tramite i mezzi pubblici (metro, tram, bus). Consigliatissimo. Sono stati anche bravi a cambiarmi gentilmente le date, dopo che per la neve era stato annullato il volo.

La ubicación, zona tranquila y segura, súper céntrico. El personal fue muy amable y educado, la habitación se limpiaba/ordenaba cada día y contaba con todo lo necesario, tanto para cortas estancias como más largas. Gracias 😊
