Не удобно, но близко к центру.
Pros:

Самое лучшее в этом отеле-это расположение. Комната чистая, кровать удобная, а вот подушки маловаты. Душевая комната маленькая, но вода на пол не течет. До центра 5 минут пешком. Своей парковки нет, но есть скидка на подземный паркинг в пешей доступности (3 мин пешком). Вкусный завтрак за 10€ с яичницей, фруктами, нарезкой сыра, овощей и колбас и десертом. Приветливый персонал на ресепшене, которые стараются все подробно объяснить.

Cons:

Комната темная и очень маленькая, окна во двор колодец! Мебель далеко не новая. Так бывает в Париже, но в Вене можно выбрать побольше . Мы попросили заменить, но нам ничего не смогли предложить. Подушки очень неудобные.Для разгрузки рядом с отелем мест нет, дают талончик на бесплатную парковку в течение 15 мин, но мест нет! На инвалидное вставать нельзя! Комнаты расположены на 3-м этаже жилого здания..Часть пути необходимо нести чемодан по ступенькам. Коридоры очень узкие, как такое пожарная инспекция пропускает… Резюме: если вы на машине, но нужно совершить много дополнительных «телодвижений», чтобы препарковаться и заселится. Для нас это вариант на одну ночь не больше.

Pros:

Ubicación excelente para moverse por la ciudad. Tamaño dormitorio muy adecuado para 4 personas. Cama cómoda y sofá cama, aunque no tan cómoda como la cama, es también bastante cómoda.

Cons:

Al entrar al hotel el portal y el ascensor dan una sensación algo desaliñada. No obstante, el hotel/pensión está muy bien cuidado y limpio.

Ottima Accoglienza e tanta cordialità. L'ambiente è familiare e sono tutti estremamente gentili e attenti all'ospite. La struttura è ben gestita e curata

Cons:

Forse la stanza un po' troppo piccola... Diciamo che per 100 euro a notte esclusa colazione si poteva avere qualche metro in più che permetteva anche di poter salire e scendere meglio dal letto (quello è stato un aspetto un po' scomodo). Ma a parte ciò non ho nulla da dire.

Sehr freundliches Personal, nettes Viertel beim Rathaus, fussläufig zur Innenstadt, alles vorhanden zum Frühstück, ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof.

Cons:

Zimmer für Familie ok, aber etwas eng. Keine Ablagen für Kleidung und Gepäck.

Pros:

Lovely hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. We had an evening flight going home and they happily stored our luggage for us so we could go and enjoy our last day in Vienna. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day. Good location for exploring Vienna. Tasty breakfast and good selection of food on offer.

Cons:

The actual hotel is up two flights of stairs in the building it is located in. Didn't bother us at all but may be worth noting for those with mobility issues or older people that this isn't the most accessible hotel.
