You get what you payed for
Pros:

Loved the location perfect for all shopping and fast food sprees. Affordable if on budget.

Cons:

Rooms were not properly cleaned. The beds had "stains" from previous tenants. The shower had old bars of soap on top of shower tub walls. Fire alarm went off and no compensation for the disturbance that lasted about half an hour to an hour at night. The booking claimed breakfast included this was not the case as there was nothing served in the morning nor self serve. TV quality was poor and lacked a channel guide but if you have the time to surf through channels it should pose to much problem.
