Pros:

Staff tried their best to assist though communication was a challenge

Cons:

Room with strong smoke smell, you can hear water flow when the neiba flush their toilet, strong AC outside the room that makes the rooms very cold

Pros:

Location was great and easy to find. Good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The room they allocated was awful... broken shower head, really bad bathroom layout, stains on the walls and worst of all, a mattress in really bad condition. I had to request a room change and the staff were very helpful processing the request. The next room was much better, however there's definitely better value at other hotels nearby.
