Pros:

We got a free upgrade to a much nicer room which was really nice and clean, staff were lovely helped us book taxis to the pier etc, food at restaurant was also decent and reasonably priced

Lovely budget bungalow resort

Pros:

Beautiful beachfront property, at the quiet end of a beach with lots of bars, restaurants, and small shops. Sunset views. Rustic setting. I could hear the waves from my bungalow.

Cons:

On arrival, our bungalow had no water from the shower, but the staff quickly got maintenance to replace our hot water system and it was working within an hour of reporting the problem.

Family room in need of an upgrade
Pros:

Nice beach, close to main area . The newer rooms look better, maybe next year it will be better

Cons:

Upon arrival we paid card which they charged 5%, every single place I have been charged 3% which is fine but with no warning 5% is steep, especially when there is no cash points on the island. When we checked in they told us there was no power until 5pm, and asked if we still wanted to go to the room. (the power came back on at 6pm) the room was dirty with bug smears on the walls and holes in the carpet and the previous guests toiletries and toothbrushes still left in the bathroom. The 2 windows in the room , one was smashed and the other one was boarded up (no garden view😂) the menu was misleading as 4 things we ordered they say they didn’t have. They have a sign saying they do laundry, yet they do not and told us somewhere down the road does it. On our last morning our water stopped working mid-shower which was perfect just as we are about to leave. This is one of our more expensive stays in their supposed 4 star hotel , it was extremely disappointing and would not recommend this to anyone sadly

Pros:

Lovely beach side resort as bungalow styles, newly opened. Love the place, staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the beach and night tracking at this small village.
