Value for money
Pros:

Breakfast was good.
Be warned there is no kettle in room and no tea bags and very little milk 2 small pods
After first night bathroom dustbin not emptied and toiletries are not replaced.
A car is needed for easier access to and from hotel.
20 minute walk not easy with bag along busy road and very little walkway
It was comfortable room

Wonderful!
Pros:

Paros Five Seasons is a great place to stay in Parikia. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have an amazing sea view.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. One person who really stands out is Margarita, who works in the evening. She is extremely helpful, thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable about the area!! Thank you, Margarita!!!

Cons:

Breakfast choices vary each day and include a variety of Greek dishes, which are yummy! However, one needs to get to breakfast early, as dishes aren’t replenished during the breakfast time.

Struttura molto curata. Personale cordialissimo. Ci hanno fatti sentire a casa fin dal primo momento. La colazione è straordinaria. La camera bella e pulita.

Cons:

Niente di importante. Ho trovato poco comoda la doccia senza vetro. Ma facendoci attenzione non ci sono stati problemi. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Pros:

Très bon déjeuner. Personnel aimable qui répond aux questions et donne des conseils . Appartement est bien situé, environ 20 min de marche du centre de Parikia . Stationnement accessible . Belle vue de la mer. Bonne Insonorisation des appartements

Buen servicio al huesped, desayuno rico y variado, habitaciones con vistas, cómodas y bonitas.
Pros:

Habitación con vistas al mar, tenía un balconcito donde se ven los ferrys y barcos yendo y viniendo del puerto, la verdad es una vista bonita y relajante. La habitación muy cómoda, amplia, la limpieza excelente, la decoración muy bonita también. El desayuno era variado, fresco y muy rico, el comedor es pequeño pero tranquilo y acogedor. El servicio al cliente en recepción es bueno y atento, te explican muy bien las instrucciones del hotel y además te dan un mapa de la isla donde se toman el tiempo de explicarte y mostrarte los principales lugares, resturantes, actividades y medios de transporte. Muy buena coordinación de taxi/shuttle para recogerme en el puerto de Parikia y la empresa de transporte que contratan tiene también muy buen servicio y son rápidos.

Cons:

Se mete mucho el ruido de la calle en las habitaciones ya que la calle que pasa casi al frente del hotel es muy transitada. En la ducha se suele salir mucho el agua y se moja el piso alrededor, tienes que usar muchas toallas para secar al área y poder salir. En la noche no hay nadie en recepción entonces debes de andar siempre las llaves de la habitación y la llave que abre la puerta principal (ellos te dan una copia) porque te puedes quedar afuera. La ubicación del hotel es buena, sin embargo para caminar hacia Parikia y viceversa si puede quedar un poquito lejos como a 20 min a buen ritmo, hay un pequelño sector donde no hay acera (como 150 metros) donde hay que caminar rápido por la orilla de la calle que es muy transitada, de regreso al hotel vas de subida por lo que es un poco cansado.

Pratique pour découvrir l’île
Pros:

Charmant petit hôtel. Très bon accueil de jour comme de nuit par le personnel. De très bonnes adresses (restaurants, visites) données à l’arrivée partout dans l’île.
Petit déjeuner de qualité.
L’hôtel propose la location de véhicule via une agence partenaire ce qui facilite la découverte de l’île.

Cons:

Salle de bain assez petite et cabine de douche ouverte donc peu pratique pour se doucher sans éclabousser l’ensemble de la pièce.
Hôtel un peu excentré du port (20 min), difficile pour s’y rendre à pied avec une valise.

Le petit déjeuner est parfait, il ne manque rien. Il y a des spécialités locales. Le petit balcon donne sur la mer. La chambre est confortable.

Cons:

L'insonorisation est mauvaise, on entend la route principale très bruyante. Les balcons sont très proches.

Shower head leaked water over everywhere. Which then saturated the floor towels and floor. Room was quite small too. Not a lot of space to open your suitcase.

I would stay here again!
Pros:

We chose this hotel for privacy and a balcony with a view of the Agean sea. It was perfect! Only 15 minutes walk into town. There is also a bus stop 100 metres away which we used from the Port when we first checked-in. They offer a nice breakfast and free parking which we used as we ended up renting a car for 1 day to explore the island (great decision). We appreciated that there was a mini-fridge in the room and 2 complimentary water bottles.
