Pros:

I went through the reviews on booking.com and booked the hotel for two rooms as we have exams next morning. We had checked in around 4 pm. There was a bit delay in check in, no sleeper was provided even after informing the staff, next morning when I went for breakfast the service guy told me if you take buffet breakfast it would be charged 300 hundred but it was clearly mentioned 150 on booking.com. Then I show the description to the staff and he said ok you can take breakfast at 150, it means the staffs are not well informed about the pricing. Delay in check out process too, as I was already informed at the reception that we are going to check out please prepare the bills, but still I had to wait for more 10 minutes.

Dear management team, pls take care these issues, a small review can change the mind set of travellers.

Cons:

No sleeper, water leakage, double occupancy room but single dental kit provided. I think the room allocation must be done when someone is booked a room the reservation team must allot rooms and cross check as per occupancy based.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and attentive.Mr Sahil Madni who was at the reception was extremely helpful and courteous ..he is an asset to the establishment and staff like him go a long way in making the stay of guests comfortable and memorable.the room was compact and all the amenities that is required were available.Good .
