Sparkling accommodation in an uninteresting section of the city
Pros:

It felt like a very new property. The room was spacious, comfortable and well-lit. Good hot shower.

Cons:

Its newness is unique to this section of Bogota. The area is not inviting, although I can’t really speak to its safety. Frequent car alarms going off in the morning - probably one over sensitive alarm. There are only a few dining options nearby. A toaster would be a great addition for the included breakfast: 2 pieces of cold industrial white bread just doesn’t work ( although the eggs and the fruit are welcomed)

Pros:

Las instalaciones y la atención por parte del recepcionista muy buena , el servicio muy amable y respetuoso, recomiendo el lugar.

Cons:

No utilize el wifi, no mire un letrero con acceso a wifi como clave y demás, el agua por momento calentaba por otros no en el baño.

Good value for money, with all the essential comforts and a tasty breakfast included.
Pros:

We arrived after a long flight, so we were quite tired and very happy to receive such a friendly welcome and a clean room. The hotel has all the basics you need to be comfortable.

Breakfast is good and fresh, with fruit, hot drinks, juice, and eggs prepared the way you like.

Cons:

The location could have been better, but taxis are easy to get and affordable, so it wasn’t a big issue for us. Walking to the city center is a bit far and may not feel very safe at night, but during the day it’s absolutely fine to walk around.

Si puedes dormir con ruidos, es tu localizacion ideal.

Localizaciòn y el trato del personal de seguridad.

Cons:

La persona responsable de atenderme, no respondía a mis mensajes por WhatsApp , ni por la plataforma, después del primer día, ( según los de seguridad, es habitual a veces ese problema , con los que gestionan los alojamientos) . . Le pedí , 2 veces, lo básico que te dan todos los establecimientos, papel higiénicos y jabón de manos , y no lo trajeron nunca. Aparte que mi suite estaba en una calle , que tenias las 24 horas , ruidos continuos . (Coches con la música a las 2 am, en la primera noche, ladridos de perros y tráfico continuo a todas horas, el problema era grosor de las ventanas que era el finísimo , para ser un edificio “ moderno” ). Le solicite un cambio, a otro suite de interior , porque no dormía, y ni vio mi mensaje. Así que coloque el sofá cama con mucho cuidado, para intentar “ bloquear” algo el ruido y dormir algo, aunque no sirvió de mucho.

Agradable en términos generales
Pros:

La habitación era amplia, bonita y ordenada. La ubicación estratégica para los planes que se tenían al visitar la ciudad y se destaca la buena disposición del personal.

Cons:

El desayuno muy poco, aunque en comparación al primer día fue mejorando notablemente. Como observación sería bueno que el edificio contara con ascensor.
