Mary, the lady from the kitchen was really nice, breakfast was good but not enough. It seemed like they were in a tight budget for breakfast.
I was on the second floor and I could hear everything from the hallway, the lobby and the street outside. One of the nights we were woken up by the receptionist at 4:30 am because he was watching tv very loudly. I even had to go downstairs to ask him to turn the volume down.
The breakfast was not enough, however it was tasty.

Funcionários desligados, recepção não tenta te entender ou te passa informações necessárias, o porteiro noturno em TODAS as vezes que saímos à noite demorou bastante a abrir a porta porque estava dormindo e a rua nao e aparentemente segura. O café da manhã é gostoso e a cozinheira é a única funcionária educada e prestativa, porém as opções são limitadas e não se pode repetir. Em um dos dias tínhamos passeio agendado para as 8hrs, porém o café da manhã foi começar a ser servido as 7:40h, atrasado em 40 min. Outro casal que estava aguardando desde as 7am também perdeu a refeição. Não tem elevador e é difícil subir com as malas. A internet no primeiro dia não estava operando devido a um erro da operadora porém nos outros dias permaneceu oscilando bastante.

Está cerca a Mall Plaza y facil acceso. La persona que sirve los desayunos es bastante amable.
- La regadera no puede regularse bien porque o es demasiado caliente o demasiado fria. No es comoda la ducha para nada.
- No había Shampoo en mi baño, afortunadamente llevé el mio.
- Había tetera pero el cable muy corto tuve que conectarla en el baño.
- El segundo día tuve que pedir limpieza, porque nunca me la ofrecieron.
No pude desayunar porque salia temprano y habilitan el servicioa a las 7am

Estuvo muy. Bien la habitación, muy cómoda y confortable.. la ubicación es buena
No es que no me gustó pero como me quede dos noches, me preguntaron que si le daban un retoque a la habitación y en este caso.no cambiaron las toallas del día anterior, solo eso de resto todo muy bien
