It was a clean property, and the owner was very helpful.
Exceed my expectations.
My husband and I were married at this hotel and also stayed for 2 weeks 4 years ago. It was nice to come back with our young son. The staff are lovely as well as the pool and its nice to have good ac when the weather is hot! The kitchen is well supplied with cooking tools... as well as supplies for cleaning.
The hotel itself is a little bit old... which we knew... Amine's unit is fairly maintained... and although we did have a couple of issues..Amine was extremely responsive and had someone come to fix the issues quickly... he also accommodated a late check out so our son could nap.
Before we even arrived, we were contacted by text on the morning from Amine who let us know the procedure for checking in and asking us if there was anything else he could help with, he was so helpful and organised a taxi for us as we were arriving a bit later in the day to Tunis airport and we were unable to book a taxi on booking.com, there was no availability. All in all our stay in Bizerte was only for 2 days but we had an amazing stay at Appart-hotel Andalucia. Lovely staff in the public areas of the hotel to. Thank you so much and we would certainly come there again or recommend to family and friends.
