Wer mit einfachen Zimmern auskommt, eine total nette Familie sucht und sich von der Frau von Madhat, dem Besitzer, bekochen lassen wird, kann eine unvergessliche Erinnerung erwarten. Dadurch, dass man eh häufig Taxi fährt, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen, ist der Abstand zum Zentrum kein Problem. Der Pool war ausgesprochen sauber und eine wahre Abkühlung. Der Sohn von Madhat, der das Hotel (mit 25 Zimmern) führt ist eine Seele von einem Menschen. Und ja nicht vergessen den ein oder anderen Tee mit frischer Minze zu trinken. Spätestens dann möchte man nicht mehr von hier weg und essen waren wir eh nicht mehr wo anders. Man kann auch Wasser kaufen, genau wie das Essen, alles zu fairen Preisen. Nicht von der Gegend abschrecken lassen -Viel Spaß- Shukran Madhat and many greetings to your family!

Communication was very good and started well in advance. We were picked up when we arrived. As we arrived in the late evening dinner was waiting for us. Plenty of cold bottled water available at all times.
We were offered tours and we did go for some. Driven by great driver Abdul in new air-conditioned car.
Medhat the host was very welcoming and try to accommodate all our wishes and needs.

If I could give this hotel more than five stars, I absolutely would! My experience here was truly exceptional, and I cannot praise the owner and staff enough for their extraordinary kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with such warmth that you no longer feel like a guest in a hotel, but rather like a member of the family. The owner and the entire team are some of the kindest, most caring people I have ever encountered. Their hospitality comes straight from the heart, and they make you feel genuinely valued, cared for, and completely at home.

The hotel is beautifully situated in the village, offering a wonderful opportunity to experience the local atmosphere and the charm of everyday life. The rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Everything is well looked after, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. The staff are extremely competent, professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.

However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the way they go above and beyond to make their guests happy. I have travelled to many places, but I have rarely experienced such extraordinary generosity and willingness to help.

I wanted to buy a particular alabaster cat from an alabaster factory in Aswan. The owner and his team went out of their way to purchase it for me and personally arranged to have it delivered to my Nile cruise ship, which was anchored in Aswan — a journey of approximately three hours by road from Luxor! And that was not all. They also arranged to send another item I wanted directly to my hotel in Cairo.

Just think about that level of dedication! They did not simply provide a service; they made a genuine effort to fulfil my wishes, without hesitation, and with a kindness that touched my heart deeply. Such thoughtfulness and ge

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’hôte M. Madhat est très serviable, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute de nos demandes. Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues. La nourriture est délicieuse, faite maison avec soin. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de prendre nos repas avec une vue magnifique sur l’incroyable piscine. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Je me suis senti comme à la maison

L’hôtel est très propre, bien équipé, et le personnel très gentil. Madhat nous a bien aidé à organiser notre séjour et est quelqu’un sur qui on peut compter. Petit plus, la piscine qui fait vraiment du bien par grande chaleur!

Établissement au calme, en dehors de la ville ! Ça change après avoir passé plusieurs jours au Caire. La chambre était propre. Les petits-déjeuners étaient bons, avec un très bon thé. L'hôte propose des excursions et de l'aide.
