Well-located hotel near many restaurants, Vanderbilt, and downtown.
Pros:

We stayed after the Nashville ice storm when our house was without power. When our Booking.com did not show up in the system, the staff made sure to book us a room directly. The public spaces/lounges are ample and comfortable, except for constantly-on multiple TVs. Room was fine. We used the microwave in the small shop to 'camp out' in the hotel for a week. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Having to pay for daily parking really raised the overall cost. The hallways showed signs of wear. Sometimes could hear neighbors through the wall.

Too expensive for the short time period
Pros:

Some staff was pretty nice and professional

Cons:

The valet parking was too expensive, I was charged 2 times for the stay of 2 days and it took 10 minutes to get my car out of valet and no others were waiting during that time.

Pros:

The window was a little sad, but the room was clean and the bed was comfy. I wish the pool had a spa, but I was happy with it. The live music in the lobby was a nice touch. Not the biggest or most updated courtyard, I've been at nicer ones, but it was a pleasant experience and a nice 4-day stay over all/Appreciated the helpfulness at the front desk for helping me find a stapler and holding our luggage until our flight upon checkout.

Not pleased at all.
Cons:

The poor internet services, the ludicrous parking expense to park your car to stay at your hotel! the fact you had to go from one building to another to access the pool area and the bistro always had no staff around although it was during hours of operation.

Had to rearrange the furniture to be able to put the sofa bed out as it didn’t fit and also there was a male member of staff on the front desk who was very rude and unhelpful when I came in the week before my booking to try and verify some details about the booking

Pros:

The room was nice and the location was great. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

We paid forbreakfast buy never received it. The shower would not drain properly and the bed was hard. The air-conditioner cut off at night and the room got hot. Street noise was crazy during the night. We were unable to exit the parking garage both days of our stay so we were late for a doctor appointment. Also not sure why you have to pay in the motel parking garage when you already paid to stay there!
