For longer than a couple days stay this may not be ideal just based off the bed situation.

Location was great, it was clean, and it was quiet.

Pros:

Clean, tidy, spacious rooms. Only 20-25min walk to broadway.

Cons:

Noisy, walls and windows don’t cover sound well so can hear people and vehicles at all hours.
