Solid hotel but didn’t live up to expectations
Pros:

Room was a fair size and the bed was comfy. Having a fridge in the room is helpful.

Cons:

The description on the website said there was was a shuttle but they haven’t run it in many years. Also the pool was not open.

The bedding, convenience and cleanliness. The filtered water was a nice touch.

Cons:

The lighting in the room is horrible, tv remote barely worked, the rooms need sound proofing. We were told the hours of the pool but it was closed when we went down.

We paid for the night before so we could check early. When we arrived we opened our room and it was already occupied. We went down to the front desk and they were less than helpful. They were clearly frazzled and didn’t really apologize for what happened. I asked in advance for a room away from noise and it wasn’t what I received after they moved the room.

We had the best time.
Pros:

The staff were great.
It’s was so close to a lot of restaurants

Cons:

It was so expensive to park. I guess I didn’t ready the fine print and didn’t find out that we were going to have to pay an extra $300 for parking. Pretty disappointing

Pros:

The whole staff was very friendly,helpful and professional. I the front desk staff on all three shift made my experience great in Nashville. The valet service staff was exceptional welcoming and friendly. They don't need to change anything. I will be back. They made my birthday trip great.

Would definitely choose this hotel again.
Pros:

The room exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Cons:

The bistro was closed on the night we checked in but we were able to get good food at a small restaurant just a few steps away from the hotel.
