I had a wonderful stay as i have not stayed here before I was a little nervous taking my family but we all enjoyed the stay.we have not stopped talking it to our friends and family.The beds and pilots were thr best I have stayed at.The breakfast was desi which my parents loved .
One thing I was a little disappointed with as there was no outdoor seating area.I appreciate there was an indoor pool but we were not able to enjoy the sun.If there was an outdoor area I apologise as I was not informed of this.
So this review is long overdue. We stayed in this Hotel in Jan of 2026 but also earlier the previous year in Apr 2025.
The staff at the hotel were insanely kind and helpful.
In Apr, my wife got sick and while I was away from the hotel, we needed to get some medications. We were able to call the hotel and ask them to go get the medications from nearby pharmacies. They searched all over the area to find the medications we needed.
Later that night when we needed to get to the hospital, very late in the night, they managed to book us a car on very short notice.
Overall the hotel staff genuinely goes above and beyond to help out. They were so very kind and accommodating to our requests.
Breakfast was great too. Especially if you like some Lahori channa and Halwa puri in the morning.
The airport pickup service is great (and free) and the hotel is very well connected to the rest of Lahore.
In Jan the following year we decided to bring our whole family to the hotel since they'd been so nice the last time!

Given that we'd visited Luxus a few times before, they gave my parents a free room upgrade to their executive suite. My parents were so happy.
Like all brown parents are to do, they proceeded to invite various family members over for chai in the big dining and sitting area :P
The room service is also great. When ordering tea, they will happily pour the tea and serve to guests if requested.
They also made it very easy to extend our stay (even in the larger suite) when our flights got delayed by a day.
Highly recommended for families and tourists alike!

The room was very clean, well equipped, and the free breakfast was great!
Something was up with the central heating system, but the staff was very accommodating and provided an additional electric heater.
