Don't book at the scammers' hotel

I was scammed. I tried messaging but no one responded. I booked a double room for myself, but I was put on a bed in a shared room with several other people, and they asked me for an extra 800 lira to get the room I booked.

Pleasant stay :)
Pros:

The hotel crew was very helpful and kind :) both with the recommendations and with offering help for carrying our luggage. The hotel has very good location in our opinion, close to the center and close to the main street, where you can even find restaurants 24/7 and bus stop for many bus routes. We really liked that the hotel had policy of non-smoking inside - finally there was a hotel that did not smell like cigarettes. The room and corridors were very clean. We enjoyed he stay there

Cons:

The bathroom in our room needed (at present time) some renovation on the ceiling - there were stains coming from humidity/fungus we guess.

Pros:

Nothing, one of the staff members was nice he tried to help, that's it.

Cons:

Everything. Had to pay 160$ extra to get a bathroom. Everything in the hotel was absolutely terrible from start to finish.
