Fantastic location , close to shopping and airport !
Pros:

Fantastic location ! Next to a shoppping Mall and only 10 minutes to the Airport (10 TND) ! Lovely food and great service !

Cons:

TIPS, I wanted to tip the waiter and when I got the receipt I seen line to add tip. I duly did, but next day on checking out they informed me you cant add tip to bill. Why then is there space on bill to do this ! The waiter missed out then on m my tip- Not good !!!

An excellent stay highlighted by warm, attentive staff who truly care about their guests.
Pros:

The staff were truly outstanding. From the warm and professional reception team to the ever-helpful doorman and the attentive restaurant staff, everyone went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. I was particularly touched by how they helped me secure a taxi to my conference venue despite the heavy rain, when all nearby taxis were declining requests on the in-Drive app. Their genuine care and dedication made a real difference.

Cons:

The only small downside was that my requests sent through Booking.com were not replied to in advance. However, the staff handled everything efficiently and accommodated my request upon arrival.
