An excellent stay highlighted by warm, attentive staff who truly care about their guests.
Pros:

The staff were truly outstanding. From the warm and professional reception team to the ever-helpful doorman and the attentive restaurant staff, everyone went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. I was particularly touched by how they helped me secure a taxi to my conference venue despite the heavy rain, when all nearby taxis were declining requests on the in-Drive app. Their genuine care and dedication made a real difference.

Cons:

The only small downside was that my requests sent through Booking.com were not replied to in advance. However, the staff handled everything efficiently and accommodated my request upon arrival.

If the bar and restaurant served wine, beer and other forms of alcoholic beverages. The hotel and staff were superb, but that one deficiency will cause us not to return.

Понравилось вообщем то все. За исключением клининга в первые дни. Персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный. Во всем готовы помочь. Отдельное спасибо администратору ресторана. Локация прекрасная. Набережная в 5 минутах.

Cons:

Тапочки в первые дни вообще не давали. У меня было 2 номера и со мной 3 детей и супруга. Полотенец при этом приносили всего 4! Хотя нас 5!!!!
После просьбы принесли тапки и донесли полотенца. Уборка в номере я бы сказал на 3 из 5.

My family was very happy with everything

When I had to checkout and the staff offered me the room even after checkout time for at least for more than five hours because of my children, only one thing could be better is the bathroom doors to have a luck.
