Pros:

Very responsive staff. The pool was perfect for the hoy days. We didn’t rent a car and were able to access the University and South Miami by the metro line.
Target supermarket next door.

It’s is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and the unit was everything it was said to be on the site. Perfect for families. They give you a key and fob for doors and elevators.

Ideally would not say there again. Get some real window shades!

Location was nice and space of the apt was nice

Cons:

If you want to sleep in bright light this is your place! The window shades are old broken plastic that don’t keep out any light. The bathroom window does not shut so the plastic blows in the wind all night, it’s loud, and out the master window is a parking structure with bright lights shining into the window all night long. There was no sleep to be had. If you are renting out your space, updates need to be made. Carpet is old as well. The air “fresheners” in the hallways at elevators are beyond toxic , can’t breathe and smell terrible!
