Pros:

Ubytování bylo čisté, dostatečně zařízené. Domluva v pohodě a lokalita klidná,nedaleko centra.

Cons:

Zklamání, že místo rozkládací pohovky palanda a nepříjemný odér v koupelně. Byl nepříjemně cítit odpad a synovi to hodně vadilo,nedělalo mu to dobře.

Pros:

Für die Durchreise ausreichend, mehr nicht.

Cons:

Kein Parkplatz in der Nähe. Die Bilder haben mit der Realität nichts zu tun und stammen teilweise von einer anderen Wohnungen - wie wohl auch die Kritiken. Zweites Bett ist ein Etagenbett, nix Schlafsofa - gar kein Sofa oder etwas wie ein Wohnbereich.

Pros:

Dobrá lokalita blízko centra, oddělená ložnice, dobře vybavená kuchyň.

Cons:

Dům je starý a je v něm vše slyšet. Sem tam nevymetené pavučiny.

Gute Lage
Pros:

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, da die Altstadt fussläufig zu erreichen ist. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Cons:

Die Wohnung war nicht wie auf den Fotos abgebildet eingerichtet:
Statt eines Sofas stand ein Doppelstockbett im Wohnzimmer. Eine Nachttischlampe gab es nur auf einer Seite. Der Schrank diente zur Aufbewahrung von Putzutensilien.
Es gsb keine Kleiderbügel. Es gab ansonsten keine Möglichkeiten seine Kleidung zu verstauen.
Die Lampe über der Küchenzeile war defekt und es gab nur ein Besteckmesser.
Das Badezimmer kann nicht geheizt werden.

Den Code für den Schlüsselkasten musste erfragt werden, ebenso musste mehrfach nach dem Wifi-Passwort gefragt werden.
Nachdem wir uns über fehlende Bügel, Messer, der Lampe und der Ausstattung beschwert hatten, hat uns der Vermieter Bügel, Schneidemesser und eine Lampe sowie einen Sekt gebracht.

Pros:

Prostorný byt, příznivá cena, v bytě je k dispozici vše potřebné a je v docházkové vzdálenosti od centra.

Cons:

V bytě byla cítit velmi výrazná vůně, která nešla vyvětrat a mě osobně i v noci vzbudila.
Povlečení je nepříjemné z umělé látky, ve které se hned zpotíte/

Klein aber fein für eine Person jedoch mit Misstand
Pros:

Die Lage, Nähe der Altstadt war hervorragend. Nicht weit zu laufen dann war man auf dem Hauptplatz. Der Code war pünktlich um 14 Uhr da, also zur Anreisezeit. Das Apartment war wirklich sehr sauber und roch auch gut.

Cons:

Ich wollte einen Parkplatz buchen da ich mich in Budweis nicht auskenne und man sagte mit das ein Parkplatz für mich gebucht sei und pro Tag 8 Euro kostet. Allerdings wurde mir überhaupt nicht mitgeteilt wo sich dieser Parkplatz befindet, in einer Garage? Auf einem Stellplatz etc? Nichts. Nur das einer reserviert wurde. Vor dem Häusern in der Straßezeile sind zwar Parkplätze die man aber, wenn man denn einen bekommt, ganz einfach am Automat zahlen kann, also frag ich mich warum und für was der Besitzer 8 Euro pro Tag von mir wollte. Was mir ebenso überhaupt nicht gefiel, war, daß anstatt einer kleinen Couch, die auch auf den Bildern abgebildet ist, dort jetzt ein Stockbett steht. Also man sich dort nicht gemütlich auf die Couch setzen und Fernseh schauen oder eben chillen. Das find ich fast unverschämt dass das einfach so verändert wurde und HIER noch die Bilder einer Couch zu sehen sind. Entweder man hat den Zustand der auf den Fotos vorherrscht oder eben den aktuellen.

Lage zur Innenstadt ist toll, abgesicherter Parkplatz

Cons:

Ausstattung anders als dargestellt: anstelle einer Couch war ein doppelstöckiges Hochbett im "Wohnzimmer", manche Handtücher rochen komisch (aber nicht alle).
