The tv and refrigerator didn't work they replaced refrigerator fixed the tv but it broke again

The tv and refrigerator didn't work the first day they came and replaced refrigerator and fixed the TV then it didn't work agsin my last day and the shower water wouldn't turn off

Overall great stay, would recommend.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to the convention center and was easy to locate.

Cons:

No clean towels when we arrived at the pool about 5pm. Couldn’t call housekeeping from
The hotel phone, no one picked up. I tried messaging thru the Hilton app but no response either.

previously had good experiences but would not stay again.
Pros:

the cookies were very delicious and the room was spacious and location was close to disneyland and breakfast options nearby. other than that not much else to note of staying here. hotel staff was helpful with a disappointing cancelations by booking but still was outrageously expensive

Cons:

room was outrageously expensive after booking failed to follow though with the room reservation leading to a problematic stay and parking was quite expensive at around 35 a night, no breakfast included only a on sight "starbucks" whole hotel is overrun with claw machines.
