Will come back for next time. Good deal and good place to stay.
Pros:

I was frustrated and shocked when my confirmation didn’t pop up on the hotel system. I was there at 6pm and really tired and didn’t know what to do when my reservation was not showed up. However, Samuel tried to help me. He escalated to his manager and we got the key after verify some steps. Thanks God. The service is outstanding.I will be back next time

The room is very clean and nice. I like this place. Specially they have good deals. Close to Disney. Good place to stay if you are looking for place

Comfortable and budget friendly option near Disneyland
Pros:

Liked the updated room. Liked the facilites. Staff was great! Gave us lots of cookies and let us check out an hour late when we requested

Cons:

- pool/hot tub is shaded and doesn’t get any sun
- a little too far from the parks
- wish there was a bit more storage space in the room

Decepcionante nada grato
Cons:

No hacen aseo todos los días …no ponen café ..no colocan agua…las instalaciones son viejas…la n veta estaba en mal estado…llaves con goteras …y muy pocas personas amables ..nadie pregunta si te falta algo..no hay ni carritos para subir maletas solo 2 y en mal estado.. decepcionado y el valor si parece de lujo.

Coffee was really bad. Over charged for buffet. Hotel rooms clean. Beds and pillows comfortable.
Pros:

I don’t like the bonus question popping up while filling out this review.

Cons:

The coffee is horrible.
Staff agreed it was “strong”. It wasn’t just strong it was bad.
Hotel didn’t have any other coffee to offer in the restaurant. Felt like the bad coffee was intentional, so they didn’t need to serve the coffee more than once (staff serve the coffee).
We were also over charged for the buffet. If I did ask for a printed receipt at checkout I probably wouldn’t have noticed. When I did notice the addition charges, the staff at the reception desk couldn’t help me out or make the adjustment. I was told I needed to speak with a manager at the restaurant. When I went to the restaurant and asked for a manager I was told there wasn’t a manager working. When I told the young man what the issue was he said there isn’t a manager here…another staff over heard and was helpful and resolved the problem.
I was told the restaurant staff can’t see what the front desk sees, sounded like they just guess who they are serving. I was charged for adult meals for my children.
The hotel needs a much better process calculating buffet charges.

Pros:

The hotel lobby is nice. They have a little gift shop and restaurant, and I liked the pool and jacuzzi.

Cons:

The bathroom sink had a slow clog. Smelled like sludge. Windows didn't crack at all for ventilation.

Pros:

Great location, lots of restaurants and Disneyland is a 5 min walk. Staff is awesome, very helpful, Love the whole experience
