Don’t choose this property it’s worst property they don’t know how to behaviour with costumers and they will not take booking.com booking they will make yu wait for long time by telling no rooms are available

Staff is un professional. They deny giving you the room even after paying full amount in advance.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

I booked this room for my elderly parents. I had asked for late night check-in at around 12-1 am. I have already confirmed this via email and made the full payment in advance. When my parents arrived at the hotel they denied giving the room and said they don't have the booking. I had to call them and speak to their manager and after spending 30 mi nutes at the reception and after much negotiations they gave the room. This is highly unprofessional and unethical. After paying the full amount in advance, my parents had to argue and speak to multiple people this at midnight for the room.

Bed spread and blankets were not clean. Too much dust. Deluxe room was too small. Overall didn’t get proper sleep. However, location was great and staffs were good.

Overall my stay experience was poor there

Room and washroom were not cleaned properly, hot water not coming in washroom, water tap were not working in washroom . Bedsheet and pillow covers were not cleaned properly, room walls were so much dirty.

Very bad, will never book once again
Pros:

Room Size is very Small. TV not working. Staff behaviour is very rude.The room image shown in the catalog vs room we are getting is entirely different . Never ever pre book via fab express. Better go to the room, see yourself and book if required. Rooms not worth more than 1000 rs.
