מתחיל מהשירות שהיה פשוט מעולה. דאגו לנו לכל בקשה וצורך בצורה הטובה והנעימה ביותר.
המקום מעוצב ובנוי מהממם, מפנק, נקי ושקט מאוד. בנוסף יש קידס קלאב לילדים עם בריכה קטנה לפעוטות.
הארוחת בוקר טעימה ומפנקת מאוד, יש מסעדה שפועלת בשעות הערב - מסעדה ברמה גבוהה מאוד.
קרוב לאויה, 3 דקות באוטו.

It was clean and having own pool is great not having to talk other people loads privacy

Shuttle bus wasn’t great was told 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm waited one evening had to ring ask were bus was than charged me €20 and than Nxt day saying it was 9.30 pm not long enough to have food and a wonder around also cars picking u up not buses not very professional in my eyes I would look in to better transport …

Cafe da manha espetacular
Localização: é uma caminhada de uns 15 min até a entrada de OIA (pode ser até 20 min a depender da pessoa). O problema é que a rua é perigosa, e não tem calçada em todo o percurso.

Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. This is not my first time staying at a Domes Hotels, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job. Everything was beautifully maintained, with great attention to detail. Another wonderful Domes experience, and definitely one we would happily repeat.

Will not come back and stay there again
Pros:

child friendly

Cons:

The service is terrible. Worst service ever for a €550 per night hotel. No water in the room while the location is quite remote. I have a baby and need to make milk for my baby and have to wait 25 min for the water to be delivered. Breakfast was fine but again the service is bad. Have to order 3 times just for a cup of coffee. My omelette never come out.

Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Fantastisches Personal, der Bungalow mit eigenem Pool war super. Wundervolles Frühstück mit frischen Säften, Eierspeisen a la Carte, Lachs etc.

Pros:

The rooms are nice and the private pools are quite large. The bathrooms are big and have a lot of space and the views from the room are great.

Cons:

The private pool areas lack a bit of privacy as the plants surrounding them are currently not tall enough to shield from people walking by.

Beautiful, luxurious stay with kind and attentive staff
Pros:

The hotel felt luxurious and beautifully designed, with a spacious, modern bathroom + shower.
Breakfast was tasty.
The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay.
One restaurant employee in particular was amazing with our baby—so patient and warm, even when she was fussy.
The shuttle service to Oia was convenient and appreciated.
Small but thoughtful details like espresso pods, honey and tea, etc.

Overall, had a great stay - property is lovely, staff is outstanding, and the hospitality made it memorable.

Cons:

The pool didn’t get quite warm enough, even when heated.
The light in the room switches were confusing—it took us a while to figure out which controlled what.
One day, the towels we received didn’t seem fully clean.
More hooks in the bathroom would be helpful for hanging towels and clothes.
Our room was smaller and lacked shelves or surfaces for storage, while my parents’ room had much more space for things—it would be great if all rooms had that setup.
The shuttle to Oia only runs twice a day; more frequent trips and an option to Fira would be great. The taxis arranged by the hotel also seemed to cost 2–3x more than Uber.
