High quality service focused on customer experience at a great value! Clean beautiful nice amenities
Pros:

This was the best value and exceeded expectations for the price! Location was great. The hotel was very clean and high quality in terms of building materials, bathroom, facilities etc. Great service, amenities, etc. You can tell this is an old-school establishment that still focuses on the customer's experience and quality service over quick profits. Harris Rosen created a wonderful legacy and I love to see that the team he left his company with is continuing that the way he would have wanted. The pool area is nice and relaxing with a cool bar & beautiful hot tub. Many food offerings & options- Jack's was high end (ambiance & food) and we received a 25% off offer & there was a portrait artist doing free cartoons of guests which was a fun surprise. I liked the TV channel options and loved that the downstairs shop offered so much (& if they didn't have what I needed, there was a CVS right next door!). There is a free shuttle to Universal I believe & the front desk is informative about stuff to do (many maps). The trolley on i Drive can take you up and down the road, but better yet there are electric scooters near the hotel you can rent from an app so you can explore that way if you prefer!

Cons:

there was nothing we disliked, everything was great especially at that value.

All in all I’m was a nice stay in a great location close to walkable restaurants!
Pros:

We didn’t realize there was a breakfast….. nobody said anything about it to us

Cons:

I DID NOT like having to pay 22.00 to park in the hotel parking lot! I was staying there overnight for goodness sake I should have not had to pay to park my vehicle!! I can see paying for valet that’s a persons choice but I had NO CHOICE but to pay!!!
