Pros:

Location, not bad as it is inside an international creative valley. Which is a kind of science hub.
Metro is at around 700 meters. City Joy Mall is at 200 meters from the metro. Calm area. People are not bad, very helpful.

Cons:

They forget to tell us that the fridge is broken or not working. Maybe they should improve about the cleaning and reparating lights before receiving new clients. And also do something about the smoking smells on the room.
