Beautiful stay amazing price
Pros:

A great spot that is very walkable
Pros:

The Arya is located in an area that is very walkable to restaurants bars a CVS and Cocowalk. The property is clean and not congested. Our beds were very comfortable . It was perfect for what we needed. Poolside was very relaxing as it overlooks the marina.

No I don’t like it

Cons:

Utilities are old. The air conditioning controller is like 50 years old and not well functioning. It can not heat the unit when it’s cold in night. And it is still expensive, compared to the hotel we went the day before

Pros:

Very clean, spacious and comfortable unit. Fabulous view of Biscayne Bay from our 20th floor balcony, as well as from the 8th floor pool deck. Easy walk into the center of vibrant Coconut Grove, with lots of varied and interesting restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores, etc. Did not try the restaurant, due to superior breakfast spots nearby. Discounted parking in the hotel was available. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I would unhesitatingly stay here again.

A very nice apartment in new modern style with great views over the bay.

Cons:

Only little detail is that we couldn’t find the coffee maker but that’s minor.

Pros:

We didn’t have breakfast. We loved the view of the hotel and the location was great. Close by to our locations we were visiting

Cons:

The WIFI was rubbish. The TV didn’t even let me connect my phone to it. It didn’t even connect to the hotels own wifi so I was lucky enough to buy an unlimited amount of data before I travelled here. I asked the staff on the first day and they said there was an issue with the connection and would get sorted by that night. Clearly didn’t as I was ignored each time I went to ask again.

Pros:

Excellent location within walking distance to the harbor, baseball field, and Coconut Grove shops and restaurants. Friendly and attentive staff. Pool on the 8th floor. Comfortable room that's perfect for a solo traveler. Overall a great deal.

Cons:

A very minor issue, but the only real hiccup I had was the shower. The way it's designed makes it subject to shooting water onto the floor and past the curtain -- be careful when angling the shower head!

Unit wasn't clean on arrival. Were delayed access for over 2 hours and refused any extra time for checking out! Wi-fi very poor

Pleasant stay in upscale neighborhood
Pros:

- great location, located in the center of Coconut Grove which is a safe, upscale neighborhood in Miami. restaurants, shopping mall (Coco Walk), shops in walkable distance, also quiet at night
- kind staffs, thanks for Marie kept checking in before and during the stay
- comfy beds
- liked that it has a kitchenette so I can cook simple noodles

Cons:

Things below were ok for me but just sharing this feedback in the hope that Arya will continue to improve

- The room was overall well renovated, but the bathroom looked a bit dated and had some minor stains (nothing too concerning).
- The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner dispensers were empty, but disposable tubes were provided, which was fine.
