Beautiful apartment with an amazing view and a wonderful host, but a few maintenance issues kept it
Pros:

The apartment was beautiful, with well-maintained furniture, a very comfortable bed, and high-quality linens. The view was absolutely stunning, and I really enjoyed spending time on the balcony. The kitchen was also very functional and well-equipped. Marie was amazing throughout my stay—she was incredibly kind, responsive, and always willing to help.

Cons:

When I first arrived, I noticed that some of the towels were stained and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned as thoroughly as I expected. I let Marie know, and she promptly replaced the towels. I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself, which wasn't a major issue but was a bit disappointing.

The biggest drawback for me was the air conditioning and the bathroom exhaust fan. Both are quite old and extremely noisy. The air conditioner didn't allow me to adjust the temperature and was so loud that I had to turn it off at night to sleep. However, given Miami's summer heat, it quickly became uncomfortable without it, so I often had to turn it back on. The bathroom fan was also very loud, which became increasingly bothersome over the course of my stay.

I was traveling for work, so having reliable internet was important. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi provided by the hotel was unstable, making it difficult to work from the apartment. The TV also couldn't connect to the available internet, which left only a limited selection of channels.

Pros:

Good location. Clean.

Cons:

It is listed in Booking as a Hotel but it is not, it is an Airbnb. This was confusing as front desk staff told me “Did you receive instructions from your host”? All good and place was good, but I was not expecting this, as I had intentionally looked for properties that were “hotel”

It is a fabulous hotel for a relaxed stay in Miami.
Pros:

I loved the location. It is near to several restaurants and cafes. The room was huge. The pool was very nice and the gym as well. The overall look and feel of the hotel is great. The breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The staff was not too friendly (except the receptionist). Most of the staff doesn't speak english but Spanish. This made things very awkward. Also, we were rushed out of the pool even though the rules stated it should have been open for an hour more at least.

Everything was clean, it smelled clean, looked clean ~ no hairs in the showers, no toilet stains, no hair on chair in corner, chair pillows washed and cleaned, nice and tidy, it has been amazing to stay here 😁

Easy and convenient spot in the Grove!
Pros:

It was the perfect spot for Coconut Grove. We loved being walking distance from all the restaurants and bars. It was a beautiful spot with an aerial view of the Grove that I had not experienced.

Cons:

There could be better blackout curtains or blinds. We were woken by the sun as it shines through the tops of the curtain.

Pros:

I liked everything about it had a beautiful view. I loved the balcony. I had a kitchen where my wife was able to make me breakfast. Everything about it just met my expectations overall 10 out of 10.

Nothing should’ve been better. Everything was OK and perfect.
