Ein wunderbares Hotel, das ich jederzeit gern wieder besuchen würde und sehr empfehlen kann. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Everything was exceptional. We had an amazing time at Domus Blanc. My wife was pregnant during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and ensure we were well looked after. From the warm welcome on arrival to the delicious daily breakfasts, every detail was thoughtfully handled. The waiting staff at Atelier Bistro were wonderful—attentive, kind, and a pleasure to see each morning. A special thank you to Maria, Anna, and Vasiliki for their warmth and care, making our stay truly memorable.

Sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel, ruhig gelegen, sowohl das Zimmer als auch die allgemeinen Räume waren sehr sauber. Besonders aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, wir waren zu Ostern dort und erhielten vom Personal alle Informationen zu den Feierlichkeiten in der Stadt.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. They were attentive, courteous, and always ready to help — whether arranging taxis, organising bike rentals, or offering thoughtful recommendations for restaurants and outings. Their approach felt personal without being intrusive, and it really added to the stay. We also appreciated the complimentary dinner on our first evening and the proseccos waiting in the room. A special thank‑you to all staff and Anna, Maria and Vassiliki in the reception.

The hotel itself is a beautifully restored historical building, once home to the French embassy. It has a quiet dignity, and the atmosphere gives you the feeling of stepping into a different era — almost as if you were living inside a Hemingway or Fitzgerald novel.

We stayed in the attic suite, Maurice. The space is large and comfortable, with a separate living and sleeping area divided by sliding doors, two toilets and showers. The renovation has been done with taste and care, and the interior has a quiet charm that makes the room feel like a small retreat.

The hotel is not directly on the seaside or centre but several small streets lead along the waterline toward the town or the port. The walk takes about 20–30 minutes (and is much more pleasant from waterline than the main road suggested by Google Maps, which is rather busy with cars). I liked that the hotel sits slightly away from the centre — it felt peaceful and calm after a full day out.

After a rainy hike, warming up in the sauna and taking a dip in the pool was a real bonus and a great way to end the day.

A comfortable stay with thoughtful service and a quiet atmosphere — easy to recommend.

This is a beautifully restored old mansion offering excellent services in a stylish atmosphere. The very professional staff pays attention to every detail, everyone is always cheerful, helpful and well informed. The room was very comfortable, with top quality bedding, towels and toiletries, while the breakfast was excellent, especially the à la carte options, and coffee was awesome.

Ενα ξενοδοχείο κόσμημα στα Χανιά ! Μόλις 15 λεπτά από το αεροδρόμιο 5 λεπτά από το παλιό λιμάνι σε μια άκρως ήσυχη τοποθεσία που επιτρέπει να είσαι δίπλα στο κέντρο για όλες τις υποχρεώσεις αλλά προσφέρει επιστρέφοντας μια όαση χαλάρωσης .
Τα δωμάτια έχουν καθαριότητα που θα ζήλευε χειρουργείο και αισθητική που θα ζήλευε γκαλερί !
Το προσωπικό σε κάνει να νιώθεις μοναδικός και είναι εκεί για κάθε επιθυμία σου πάντα με χαμόγελο !
Οι παροχές τόσο του ξενοδοχείου όσο και των δωματίων προσεγμένες στην παραμικρή τους λεπτομέρεια !
Είναι το ξενοδοχείο που επιλέγουμε και θα επιλέγουμε σε κάθε απόδρασή μας στα Χανιά !
