Beautiful garden, big bed and tv, swinmingpool, everything looks beautifull. Staff is friendly. We could rebook and skip one night without charge, this was nice.
Its really quiet and the room had a nice balcony.
Despite of the ants, the room was really clean.
The gate closed at 5 p.m. and they didnt inform us.They apologised later and said it was because of a receptionworker but we read this happend in another review as well.
The hotel was infested with ants. They said they tried everything but its the season.
The bedcovers where made of a highly synthetic fabric which made everything static.
Booking says its 200 meters from center but this is 2km. They can arrange a tuktuk however for 3 soles.
The pillows are eather extremely thick and hard or really small.
The television was very modern and had Netflix and Amazon Prime apps, but you need your own account of course.
The front gate is pad locked so ypu have to call a number and then wait 5 minutes to get into the grounds of the hotel that you paid to stay in!
No hot water in the shower - you have to ask them to turn it on, then it takes a long time to get to you hot.
We stayed on a November weekday and it was like a ghost town, there were no other guests there. Therefore we did not choose to eat in the 'restaurant' on site for the evening meal. Or get drinks in the bar..
The pool is fairly dirty.
Hidden charges when you pay, compared to what you think you were paying booking.com.
The breakfast is very basic, in fact they try to upsell you to a more expensive breakfast, even though breakfast is supposed to be included!
The location requires a 4 sols Moto ride to get into Pisac, I would choose somewhere else...
Bed-side lights for reading would be a great improvement!
We booked our 2-nights stay here after we left a terrible, grimy Airbnb - very soon after we checked in, in the evening. We showed up in Inkas Hotel 10 minutes after making a reservation on booking.com, and feared they wouldn't be prepared to have us at that hour! But the wonderful staff member of the hotel, Gise, ensured we have a room of our liking (with twin beds, and large to accommodate all our equipment), all cleaned up, helped us settle down, and gave us wonderful recommendations. She was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are great, but the garden is even better - it's massive with magnificent flower beds! We enjoyed our breakfast in this beautiful garden. Overall, we loved our stay here and even felt grateful for the initially quite annoying disappointment with Airbnb. Inkas Hotel is highly recommended for Pisac visitors!
Was a wonderful and peaceful stay just outside of Pisac. Nice change from the hustle of Cusco!
A very strange place that keeps its front gate locked even early evening, so that if you have a car you have to honk your horn unsuccessfully, then try calling them. Then the chaos begins as all staff come to the gate and peak at you and ask what do you want? Ah, I have reservation. The first night it all settled down after that and the sheets were clean. The second night, with a new reservation, after the staff chaos finished, we got into a room different from the first night. Obviously the dirty sheets were not changed after the previous guest. More chaos, then we had to change rooms 🤨
And breakfast...a poor selection of not much, and child-sized portions that does not come close to filling you up.
I like how big and spacious is the place, perfect for a family vacation. There is so much to do with kids in this hotel.
Pool was not working.
Friendly staff. Big and comfortable for family staying. Great food. Lots of entertainment for children.
The pool was not available, we really wanted to use it.
