La gentillesse et la disponibilité de la gérante, Michelle et son collaborateur Ibra! ils ont pris soin de nous durant les 11j comme si nous étions de leur famille!! C'était géniale ! L'emplacement est top, à 2 pas de la plage!

Cons:

Seul petit hic, pas d'équipement pour bébé mais Michelle m'a dit que ça allait se régler donc allez y les yeux fermés !
Pensez à mettre des rideaux occultants pour plus d'intimité le soir.

Me gusta la ubicación está cerca de la playa pingwe donde está situado el rock restaurante, si que es verdad que tienes que cruzar el pueblo pero así se ve algo local.
Incluso me hicieron un descuento para lavar la ropa 10k.

Cons:

Cerraba un poco mal la puerta de la entrada però nada que no se pueda arreglar.
Las luces por la noche seguían encendidas y mi habitación daba directamente en la piscina y solo había unas cortinas finas. Pero bueno en todos los hoteles que he estado tienen esas cortinas pero se podría mejorar. La puerta del baño no cerraba.

Preis-Leistung ok, aber durchwachsene Leistung.

Frühstück mit Früchten, frische Säfte.
Angenehme Pooltemperatur.
Niedriger Preis.

Cons:

Keine Begrüßung oder Rezeption.
Keinerlei Informationen zu dem Ort/ Strandabschnitt/ Ebbe und Flut/ Aktivitäten.
Dusche nicht einstellbar (Temperatur oder Wasserdruck). Unfassbar schwül und stickig im Bad.
Am ersten Tag war die Klimaanlage nicht an und hat 20h gebraucht um das Zimmer auf eine einigermaßen angenehme Temperatur zu bringen.
Keine blickdichten Vorhänge: Vom Restaurant konmte man auf unser Bett gucken.
Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht schließen.
Frühstück: Toast mit Avokado, Toast mit Omlette, Toast mit Ei und Wurst, Toast mit Marmelade und Pancakes, aus denen man wählen kann. Kaum Abwechslung.
Die ersten Tage konnten wir draußen frühstücken, danach auf einmal nicht mehr, "weil draußen geputzt werde", wobei dann drinnen während des Frühstücks unter unseren Füßen gewischt worden ist.
Restaurant immer (fast) leer, keine angenehme Stimmung, nur spärliches Licht. An zwei Tagen lief den ganzen Tag das gleiche Lied.

Absolument tout !
Le restaurant, le petit déjeuner copieux, la chambre spacieuse et confortable, la salle de bain agréable et bien séparée de la chambre, la piscine et ses équipements autour, la petite terrasse devant la chambre… et surtout l’ambiance, le personnel agréable… et Michelle ! Elle nous a accueilli chaleureusement au Rosa Maria, c’est occupé de notre snorkelling le lendemain, et fait découvrir les alentours… Encore MERCI pour tout Michelle !

Konumu, temizliği ve olanakları çok iyiydi. Fiyat ve konfor dengesi harika.

Cons:

Tesise girdiğimizde bizi maymun Tobi karşıladı. Malesef bacaklarından salıncağa bağlıydı ve bizi görünce heyecanla yanımıza gelmeye çalıştıkça ip onu geri çekiyordu. Staff la konuşunca 7 aydır bu tesiste olduğunu öğrendik. 5 aylıkken Jozani ormanından almışlar (ormanda bebek maymunları satmak için yeni yavrulamış anneleri öldürüyorlar ve yerel halkın bundan haberi var). Neden bağlı olduğunu sorduğumuzda ise ‘bebek gibi her şeyi dağıtıyor ve çalıyor’ cevabını aldık. Zaten bir bebek ve zaten ormanda ailesiyle ve diğer maymunlarla birlikte olmalı.
Bu, bu tesisteki en kötü şeydi. Ve malesef Tobi artık yaban hayata adapte olamayacak. Ve ömrünün sonuna kadar yalnız yaşayacak.
Bir maymuna bir evcil hayvan muamelesi yaptığı için bu tesisi bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim.

Beautiful & relaxing stay!
Pros:

Wifi connection was really good; the staff was helpful with our requests & questions; the pool are was relaxing and had a beautiful view. Breakfast was delicious & was made up of a balanced diet.

If you want yo go to the city, I’d recommend travelling by bus which is cheaper (costs 3000 Tsh). There’s also a beautiful beach bar not far from the resort (ask the owner for more info).

Cons:

The electricity would fall out in the evening but not for long.
