Don't waste your time in this hotel.
Cons:

When we arrived, we immediately had a bad impression of the hotel, as the reception was improvised in a hallway. However, we decided to proceed with the payment. We asked the receptionist if she could store our luggage since we had arrived at 9 a.m. and check-in was not until 3 p.m., and she said yes.

However, when she showed us where we could leave our bags, we felt both shocked and concerned due to the lack of security. The place where we were supposed to leave our luggage was under a table in the hallway, where guests walked by and used the area to have breakfast.

We immediately requested a refund, as we did not feel comfortable staying there.

Additionally, the price was far too expensive compared to the quality of the hotel. For just a little more, we stayed at an excellent hotel with outstanding service. They also gave us the room right away. We recommend Hotel San Martin.
