Nothing we liked as the booking was done & confirmed we have reached the location but the security said no rooms ava

Nothing we liked as the booking was done & confirmed we have reached the location but the security said no rooms available also one of the supra visors we spoke she said it’s full all reserved then why the hell you guys confirm bookings if it’s full remove it from the websites very pathetic service we had to wait on road for 1 hour not recommended at all better to go some other places not here .
