Pros:

This place is great for visiting the Great Pyramids of Giza. The staff is very helpful, especially Ali He arranged a tour for us to the red pyramids . The drivers were very good. Highly recommend this hotel. English was spoken by most.

Great View
Pros:

We had a great stay at Mirage Pyramids View Hotel! The highlight is definitely the incredible view of the pyramids , waking up to that scenery is something special. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made sure we felt comfortable. The rooms were clean and decent, and the location is perfect if you want quick access to the Giza plateau. Overall, a very good experience and great value for the price. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo!

Bichos en la cama, suciedad, mal servicio y fotos engañosas

De las peores experiencias que hemos tenido. Nada más llegar encontramos ambas camas llenas de bichos. Nos cambiaron de habitación, pero la sensación de suciedad, abandono y falta de higiene seguía siendo exactamente la misma.

Las fotos del anuncio no tienen nada que ver con la realidad y resultan completamente engañosas. La azotea, que en las imágenes parece espectacular, estaba sucia, desordenada y muy descuidada. Nos dijeron que no podíamos desayunar arriba porque “llovía”, pero no parecía ser ese el motivo, sino que simplemente no estaba en condiciones.

Nos hicieron desayunar en la habitación, con un desayuno pésimo y sin siquiera un café. Lo más indignante fue volver a las 19:00 y encontrarnos todavía toda la comida del desayuno sin recoger dentro de la habitación, además de la habitación sin hacer. Viendo eso, no sorprende en absoluto que hubiera bichos.

El servicio fue muy malo de principio a fin: trato desagradable, poca profesionalidad y una sensación constante de dejadez. Incluso el wifi era incómodo de usar, porque había que pedir al personal que lo activara manualmente en cada dispositivo.

Solo dormimos una noche de las 4 que reservamos, nos fuimos antes de tiempo porque era imposible estar cómodas allí. No lo recomendaría en absoluto.
