personál ochotný aj po polnočnom príchode

Cons:

Izby sme menili hneď po príchode, ponuka na bookingu nezodpovedá celkom realite.Na raňajky sme čakali vždy aspoň pol hodinu, oproti stanovenej dohode. Ponuka primeraná, nič výnimočné. Wifi len na izbe, nie na terase. Výhľad na pyramídy ponad stavenisko.

La ubicación es muy mala. El agua tenía problemas, goteaban los grifos y se tapo el desaguadero del baño. Un dia se fue la luz por 3 horas en la noche y no tienen energía de emergencia. El último dia el agua caliente no funcionó

Great location but communication should be improved.
Pros:

The selling point of this place is the location with amazing rooftop views of the pyramids. The room was large and had everything you need in it. The property is well located near the pyramids and main attractions of giza.

Cons:

On arrival I had booked transport from the airport however when I arrived there was no one to be seen. I had requested information on where I would be met over whatsapp but that was ignored. I contacted the hotel rep on whatsapp to ask where the driver was, however i got no response. After about 20 minutes waiting the driver found me. This was not a great start to my time in Cairo and communication on this should have been better (and not even acknowledge the situation when i arrived). Further the prices of the food in the hotel were incredibly expensive and when i asked where was around the area to eat they were very reluctant to tell me. If communication was improved this would be a 10/10 stay as the price is great for what you get. Internet is also not great. There was also no balcony with the room I was given, nor a view - i didn't remember the type of room booking at the time, however seeing it now i realised there should have been both. It was an internal room with a window looking to a wall with only a small bit of light. given the price i didn't query it at the time.

Stay Away! Bad Experience!
Pros:

What was supposed to be a special birthday celebration turned into a horrible experience. My husband booked a suite many days in advance, specifically for the Pyramid view and jacuzzi that were advertised online. When we arrived, we were told the room was suddenly unavailable due to “electrical/water issues.” Instead, we were downgraded to a small standard room with no view and no jacuzzi — nothing like what we reserved or paid for.
When I asked why no one notified us beforehand so we could make other arrangements, there was no clear answer. They offered a discount, which completely missed the point — I didn’t want a discount, I wanted the suite that was promised. They then said the room might be ready the next day, then changed it to noon, which made the situation feel even more disorganized and suspicious. It honestly felt like they had overbooked and didn’t know how to properly handle it.
The staff seemed confused and unprepared, and the main manager was rude, dismissive, and lacked empathy. There were at least three other families in the lobby who also appeared frustrated and were waiting for answers.
We ultimately decided to leave and go to another hotel. To make matters worse, after paying the taxi driver $20 for the airport transfer (as the hotel instructed us to do), the hotel sent someone to our new hotel demanding the same $20 again. It was incredibly unprofessional, invasive, and completely unacceptable.
This was beyond disappointing and not how any guest — especially one celebrating a special occasion — should be treated. I would not recommend staying here.
