Exceptionnel
Pros:

Tout!!! C'était la 2ème fois que nous venions et nous avons été surclassés avec une chambre magnifique avec vue sur l'Acropole. Une bouteille nous attendait également à notre arrivée 🤗
Le personnel est très accueillant et très serviable.
Le déjeuner sur la terrasse est exceptionnel.
Nous reviendrons encore c'est sûr!! Merci pour tout et je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation.

Friendly Boutique Hotel in the heart of Plaka
Pros:

The location is perfect. The view from the room towards Acropolis is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff was very gracious with upgrades and communication. Also, provided free champagne.
Pros:

I did like the fact that they did a complimentary upgrade on all our rooms without us having to ask and also that they had breakfast boxed and ready to go for us the next morning. They also gave us 3 bottles of complimentary champagne which was very nice also.

Cons:

2 of the rooms were very small. For one person it was manageable but 2 people, it was very tight.

Great location and Good hotel. Lacks a few details to be rated 4 or 5 star.
Pros:

The View was amazing. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The AC in the room was good and we slept well.

Cons:

One of the lamp shades in the room was tattered (falling apart). The restaurant was a little run down for a Michelin Star. The Plants on the terrace were dead due to an irrigation system that was not working. However, we thought the staff could at least water them manually to keep them looking nice. It was obvious that the staff was mostly doing the bare minimum and did not care about how the place looked. Otherwise they would have watered the Shrubs/plants on the terrace manually. Thus, the ambiance was not as nice as one would expect from a Michelin Star venue.

Definitely will be back due to stunning building, great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Rooms are very well appointed. Breakfast to be ordered rather than buffet style is greatly appreciated. Also the view at breakfast is stunning.

Hotel com excelente localização, staff solicito, educado, prontos para ajudar em todo o momento. Restaurante espetacular no rooftop!

Cons:

Produto de limpeza utilizado no quarto com cheiro muito forte! Para o meu gosto, desagradável. Meu quarto era no primeiro andar e a janela dava para a area interna do hotel. Era possível houver claramente a conversa de hóspedes e do staff, atrapalhando assim o sono.

Extremely well located hotel with excellent service.
Pros:

The property was extremely well located in the heart of Athens. The staff were fantastic.

Cons:

The balcony room we were upgraded to was very small, but we knew that from the description.

Despite previous booking transportation the hotel booked there own without approval and forced the pay. They were not clear in communication on ordering a taxi I thought they just want info for hotel check in.

Great Location
Pros:

We had a quick stay at the Zillers but had a lovely stay. The room was small but it was clean and felt unique and historic. You cannot beat the location of Zillers. We had a view of the Acropolis and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was nice and even provided a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival.

Nothing!

Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi. È tutto molto vicino sia i locali e le piazze che le attrazioni turistiche. La colazione è un punto di forza anche per la attenzione e gentilezza nel servizio. La stanza di bello aveva la vista dalla finestra sulla acropoli

Cons:

Oggi mezz’ora la chiesa di fronte batteva rintocchi e lo ha fatto tutta la notte per cui suggerisco una insonorizzazione migliore perché i tappi non bastano per riuscire a dormire. Internamente la stanza ha porta poco isolante per cui sentì tutto i viavai degli altri ospiti
