Pros:

Bed ... balcony... good view ... good breakfast ... large room

Cons:

No bottels water .. no kittle ... need to clean the chairs on balcony ... no telephone ... the reception on upper floor

Un'angolo confortevole e accogliente al centro del Cairo

Lo staff è stato molto paziente ed accogliente ed ha cercato di accontentare tutte le nostre richiesta anche se eravamo in tanti e disprdinati

All'inizio un po' di incertezza sulla prenotazione delle stanze ma poi hanno rimediato subito.

Clean spacious room, staff exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Amazing service, they go the extra mile. When I went to ask for a band aid they didn't have it however they quickly went to the shop and got some for me.

Also we had a trip to the white desert at 6 am and they kindly gave us breakfast at 5.30 am which is above and beyond what any other hotel would do. Incredible staff very respectful and helpful.

Pros:

Located in the very center, a few steps from the (old) Egyptian Museum and from a major shopping street. The hotel occupies two floors (4-5) in a multi-floor house, sharing this house with another hotel on a higher floor. The reception is also on a higher floor, so it's not easy to spot the hotel at night. The staircase and elevators are scary but the hotel itself is OK. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast served in the rooms.

Cons:

While the bathroom (shower) was OK, water was only trickling but fortunately continued to flow (and there is probably nothing the staff can do about that). You may have to ask for towels and toilet paper, and search for the blanket in a wardrobe.

receptionists warmly smile were very impressive.early check in and late check out.elevator is a little old but the staff help me up and down.

Cons:

I believe your 'rating' is not correct and is quite misleading. This is a 2 star Hotel, possibly 2.5 at most, but not a 3 star hotel. Building and 'hotel' in very bad condition.

هذه الاقامة الثانية لي فالفندق و الاخيره طبعا.
الفندق عباره عن طابقين في مبنى مهجور و لايوجد فيه مرافق ابدا.
لايوجد خدمه للفطور و عليك الطلب.
الاداره سيئه، انقطاع في الماء و الكهرباء و الغرفة متهالكه، التلفاز لايعمل، المناشف وسخه، الفراش وسخ، رائحه الحمام سيئه هذا يدل على عدم الاهتمام في نظافة الغرف.
لايوجد تنظيف للغرف مع اني نبهت على الاستقبال كذا مره للتنظيف و وعدوني ولم يتم التنظيف.
تواصلت معهم لحجز غرفة معينة و كذبوا علي. عطوني أسوأ غرفة في الفندق. تواصلت مع المديره و لم تجب.
لم اكمل الحجز و ذهبت لفندق اخر قريب، انظف و بنفس التكلفة.
يجب تطوير الفندق لاستيفاء الحد الادنى على الاقل من احتياجات النزيل الأساسية.

Disappointing
Pros:

The Receptionist was kindly and welcoming

Cons:

The room wasn't ready when I arrived, my check in was at 12pm and I arrived at 2pm yet my room wasn't cleaned and ready for check in. The room service used the same bed sheets which was in the bed earlier, they just did the bed sheets fitting.
