Piacevole soggiorno
Pros:

Hotel con camere nuove e molto pulito. Il quartiere è caotico ma la struttura si trova un po' all' interno ed è tranquilla. La terrazza sulle Piramidi è sicuramente il pezzo forte, bellissimo. Personale molto gentile e sorridente dalla reception, Mario con esperienza dei turisti italiani e Said (mi scuso ma non ricordo forse il nome corretto), la ragazza che si occupa delle pulizie e il signore che mi preparava le colazioni tutte le mattine. Fino a Mustafa con il quale ho organizzato i transfer.
Un piacevole soggiorno con una bellissima vista

Cons:

Appena arrivata, stanca dal viaggio, alla reception, ho dovuto decidere subito tutti gli extra e pagarli immediatamente. A mente più fresca avrei potuto ragionarci meglio e valutare più attentamente i conti

Perfect accommodation in Giza with a beautiful view
Pros:

The accommodation was very good and lies in a quiet street in Giza. With a beautiful view at the pyramids. The personnel very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean with a good bed and bathroom. The breakfast on the roof terrace is delicious. We had a great time and recommend this accommodation.

Il y a une jolie vu sur les pyramides.
Petit déjeuner bon mais assez simple.
Ils nous ont attendu tard vers 1h30 lors de notre check-in.
Ils nous ont gardé les valises pour la journée.

Cons:

La chambre est propre, mais notre vue donnait sur une sorte de court interne un peu vétuste.
Les boissons du petit déjeuner ne sont pas inclus, il faut payer.
L'hôtel se trouve au bout d'une petite ruelle.

Close to the pyramids with helpful people
Pros:

Great little place with a view on the famous pyramids from the terrasse. The people there are exceptional. The manager Mr. Maher helped me get around and with my travel plans, he has a wealth of experience in the travel business and he can help you book your expeditions at a good price, no scams (which is precious here, there are unfortunately too many).

Also the young Mr. Body was instrumental in making my stay comfortable, always ready to help should need be. Bright future ahead for this guy.

Cons:

It can get a little noisy depending on the neighbors.

Il personale era gentile, struttura semplice e pulita con vista spettacolare sulle piramidi dalla terrazza. Un ringraziamento speciale a Mohamed che ci ha accompagnato a fare i tour, parla un perfetto italiano ed è stato molto professionale. Un saluto e un grazie speciale al signore anziano della reception che parla italiano (non ricordo il nome purtroppo)

Le nostre stanze non sono state pulite (noi avevamo due stanze) il bagno si allagava perché la doccia era senza tenda, quindi il bagno si sporcava tantissimo per terra, ma nessuno ci ha pulito la stanza, (entrambe le stanze). Nessun cambio asciugamani. L'altra cosa che non ci è piaciuta è che il giorno del nostro arrivo, alle ore 4:00 del mattino eravamo stanchissimi, ma il personale presente in turno insisteva nel volerci far pagare in anticipo tutti i tour e i trasporti, nonostante noi avessimo detto che eravamo stanchissimi e volevamo soltanto andare a letto a riposare. Avremmo preferito parlare di tutto con calma il mattino seguente, invece abbiamo perso mezz'ora a discutere di prezzi e tour, è stato abbastanza irritante e stancante. Altra nota stonata, all'arrivo al Cairo ci hanno chiesto 15 dollari per il trasporto dall'aeroporto, invece al ritorno ci hanno chiesto 25 dollari, inspiegabile. 🤷🏻‍♀️Per il resto tutto ok.

If you don’t mind a sketchy alley to get to the super well priced room, it’s a 10/10

Çalışanlar çok iyiydi özellikle budi 14 yaşında orada çalışıyor hiç kimsenin İngilizce bilmemesi 14 yaşında birinin İngilizce bilmesi güzel her konuda yardımcı oldu destek oldu saolsun otel sahibi Muhammed bey de yardımcı oldu çalışanlar gerçekten harikaydı ve otelin konumu piramitlere yakındı 5-10 dk da yürüyerek sphenx girişine gidebiliyorsunuz

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Helped to arrange a very late night airport pick-up. Quick response time. Room was basic but comfortable. Excellent location. View from the rooftop was great. Would recommend.

Pros:

Lo staff era cortese disponibile e simpatica. Molto accoglienti e attenti alle nostre esigenze, vedendo che non mangiavamo tanto la colazione, si sono preoccupati. Ci hanno chiesto cosa volevassimo a colazione, il fatto che noi italiani non mangiamo tanto a colazione ma vogliamo solo un caffè\capuccino e brioches\croissant. Camere pulute, comode e molto silenziose, letti super comodi abbiamo dormito molto bene.

Cons:

La doccia, probabilmente non dovuto da loro, ma mancava pressione e a volte non usciva acqua.
