EXCELENTE HOSPEDAJE PARA DISFRUTAR EN FAMILIA
Pros:

La amabilidad y excelente servicio de todas la personas del hotel, resuelven de inmediato las solicitudes. La limpieza en las habitaciones y en todo el hotel es muy buena, la comodidad de las camas y los muebles de las habitaciones son excelentes, igual el servicio del restaurante, el desayuno es rico y servido con gusto. La ubicación es central en Armenia, con acceso a restaurantes, supermercados y almacenes, es una zona segura para caminar.

Cons:

todo bien en el hotel. El desayuno puede ser más variado.

Mi experiencia en el Hotel San Jerónimo fue bastante decepcionante, principalmente por la atención al cliente. Lamentablemente, recibí un trato mucho más amable y cordial por parte del personal de cocina y de aseo que del personal de recepción.

En especial, el señor Carlos tuvo una actitud que percibí como poco amable, prepotente y carente de vocación de servicio. En varios momentos sentí que nos atendía con desgano, como si estuviéramos pidiendo un favor y no pagando por un servicio. Considero que la recepción es la primera imagen del hotel y, en este caso, dejó una impresión muy negativa.

También eché de menos una bienvenida más completa. Al momento del ingreso nadie nos explicó el funcionamiento de la habitación, los horarios, los servicios disponibles ni aspectos básicos del hotel. Tuvimos que estar preguntando constantemente y, en varias ocasiones, las respuestas tardaban horas en llegar.

Intenté hablar con el administrador, el señor Hernando, para manifestar estas situaciones, pero durante toda mi estadía no fue posible encontrarlo.

Es una lástima, porque el hotel tiene potencial y el personal de cocina y aseo demuestra una excelente actitud de servicio. Sin embargo, la atención en recepción necesita mejorar de manera urgente. Un trato cordial, oportuno y respetuoso hace una gran diferencia en la experiencia de los huéspedes.

Espero que esta reseña sea tomada como una oportunidad para fortalecer el servicio al cliente y brindar una atención acorde con lo que los huéspedes esperan al elegir este hotel.
