Pros:

Es un hotel muy lindo, con un jardín precioso y habitaciones muy bonitas, nuevas y limpias. La ubicación es muy segura, y a unos 30 minutos del aeropuerto dependiendo del tráfico. Pero lo mejor es el staff: fueron muy atentos, cordiales, e hicieron todo lo posible para ayudarme y resolver mi problema. Me fui muy contenta y agradecida con el buen trato :)

El personal es muy atento y amable. El desayuno es muy completo, con varias opciones disponibles. Además, siempre hay personal pendiente de que la experiencia durante el desayuno sea agradable y de calidad.

El área de piscina se encuentra en una zona muy expuesta, ya que está ubicada en la entrada y queda visible para cualquier persona que ingrese. Sería recomendable evaluar opciones que permitan brindar mayor privacidad a este espacio.

Great hotel in SPS
Pros:

The location is good, nearby a mall where I was able to walk and exchange money. A security guard is 24/7 at the entrance. My flight arrived at 11pm and they waited for me to do check-in.

Cons:

No issues as I only spent one night at the hotel and experienced no problems.
