Ski Urlaub im Sporthotel Ellmau
Pros:

Wir wurden mit einem Glas Sekt begrüßt. Vom Sporthotell Ellmau haben wir eines der Appartement im Nebenhaus gebucht. Es war sauber schön und geräumig. Auch den Balkon konnten wir nutzen. Die 150m zum Haupthaus waren kein Problem.

Cons:

Der einzige etwas negative Punkt waren die übersetzen Räume. Ob im Appartment oder Haupthaus.

Prachtige kamers de keuken is geweldig super vriendelijke medewerkers. Ook heerlijke soa

Cons:

Dat het veel te warm is in het restaurant is gewoon onaangenaam. Zonder zomer kleding is het niet te doen extreem warm en slecht geventileerd

Wir reisen wirklich viel und geben dafür idR auch gern entsprechend Geld aus, hier haben wir uns aber nicht sehr willkom

*Modernes Zimmer gehobener Kategorie (allerdings mit kleinen Schäden, die leicht hätten behoben werden können)
*Frühstücksauswahl war gut (wenn die einzige Kaffeemaschine dann funktionierte… Alternative: Filterkaffee aus der Kanne…)

*Wenig herzliche Begrüssung und Verabschiedung
*Wenige herzliche und wirklich engagierte Mitarbeiter
*Wellnessbereich wurde gefühlt „auf Sparflamme“ betrieben,
Also insgesamt war unser Gefühl, das Hotel wird nicht von serviceorientiertem Familienbetrieb mit Herzblut, sondern eher von stark profitorientiertem Investor betrieben

Excellent hotel would definitely recommend it. Had lovely time.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel position near ski runs for the beginners and free bus shuttles at the front and the back of the hotel to gondola. There is ski and boots storage room with heated bars. Hotel is very nicely furnished, have lovely bar with different sitting areas for the whole of the family. The food was excellent plenty to choose from and staff were very attentive.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Buffets hervorragend und Essen ausgezeichnet,

Cons:

Der Empfang in der Rezeption hätte etwas informativer sein können, da das Zurechtfinden im Haus mit den 3 Liften etwas verwirrend ist.

Ein gutes, großes Sporthotel. Gut für Ski- und Wanderurlaube.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war modern und stylisch. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Sehr freundliches Personal und großer Wellnessbereich mit Gym.

Cons:

Das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) war reichlich, aber eher qualitativ mittelmäßig.
Der Aufenthalt im Wellnessbereich war nicht automatisch in unsrem Zimmerpreis mit enthalten, sondern musste dazu gebucht werden.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Die große des Zimmers hat überrascht. Wir hatten noch nie solch ein gutes und reichhaltigen Essen (Halbpension). Als sehr angenehm empfanden wir dass wir immer den selben Tisch hatten.
Die Wellness Anlagen waren sehr sauber und haben eine angenehme Größe.

Cons:

Das Personal am Empfang hätte bei der Ankunft etwas freundlicher sein können.

Great Hotel
Pros:

This was our 4th stay at the Sporthotel and again we had a lovely stay. Our room was spacious with plenty of storage and a comfortable bed. The indoor/outdoor pool was great. The ski room was good with heated boot hangers and ski stands although no lockers. The food was very good and plentiful.

Cons:

The door to the bathroom was clear glass, which provided no privacy and was also hazardous, as on one occasion I walked straight into it and banged my head. It would be far better if the glass was obscured in the same way as the toilet door.
