This is a scam. I arrived at the building and the guardians told me there was no registration on my name; they had no key; no information about my name so they did not let me inside the building. They did not want to do anything they told me to call the property directly. Nobody answered to that number; it is a scam. I had to walk alone during the night and fight alternative accommodation at soaring prices in the Christmas evening. Absolutely terrible experience. Booking also did not help. Still waiting a reply from them and a financial compensation for ruining my Christmas. This is scandalous
