la vista a las pirámides y el personal era atento. Las camas eran cómodas y el baño estaba limpio.
Nuestro principal inconveniente fue el tema de los dormitorios. Cuando llegamos de madrugada nos dijeron que no podían darnos las habitaciones solicitadas y que nos trasladaban a otro hotel cercano. Luego regresamos al hotel que reservamos, pero nunca nos dieron las habitaciones solicitadas que eran dos con dos camas separadas cada una. Pedimos más mantas porque hacia frío y nos dieron unas sábanas cobertores, no una manta.
Pedir el carro asignado por el hotel para que nos llevara al centro y aunque le dijimos que podía regresarse porque nosotros no sabíamos cuánto tardaríamos el chófer insistió en que quedaría al pendiente de nosotros, nos pareció bien y amable. Hasta que llegaron muchos mensajes y llamadas de el hotel diciendo que dado que nos habíamos excedido del tiempo de estar con el coche nos cobrarían mucho más por tiempo excedido, cuando nunca nos dijeron nada de un tiempo extra y el chofer fue quien insistió en quedarse.
Es un hotel en el barrio de Giza, aunque tiene la vista a las pirámides no es una buena zona para alojarse pues está lejos de El Cairo. Si tú interés es quedarte por la zona está genial, sino te queda lejos.
Si cabe destacar que algunas personas del hotel eran amables y querían estar pendientes de nosotros esos aspectos afectaron a la visión total del alojamiento.
Por último no limpian las habitaciones si no se lo indican y aún así tardan demasiado, el armario tenía la puerta malograda y el baño se inundaba por todos lados cuando abrías el caño, hablabas la palanca y aún más si te duchas.
Staff was very friendly especially Rowda who was amazing and helped with everything including arranging a tour guide. She spoke good English.
The view was amazing and roof top was good. Another positive was that everything is close by and the location is very good. Room was cozy and clean.
There were a few things
Hot water ran out within a few minutes and this needs to be looked at. Very slow wifi and had to use data most of the times. Duvet was small for two people on the double bed. Could supply basic things like hangers, bigger towels etc..Breakfast was included but charged for milk which doesn’t make sense. The biggest problem is finding this hotel as the location is not correct and took us a lot of time. A few have mentioned on previous reviews but these haven’t been sorted yet. Fitness centre should be removed from the description as there isn’t one.

The staff at the hotel were genuinely kind and attentive, always ready to help and able to communicate perfectly well in English. They consistently made sure we felt comfortable and supported with anything we needed. A special shout-out to Lawda, who was incredibly sweet and thoughtful, and to Farouk, who was always available and genuinely concerned about our well-being.
Our driver on the first day was also very friendly and even took us to a local restaurant for koshari, which we ended up loving.
Finally, Gamal, our guide in Cairo and Alexandria, deserves special recognition. Not only was he warm and cheerful, he was essentially a walking encyclopedia of Egyptian history. He made sure everything was clearly explained — even in very understandable Portuguese — and made the whole experience unforgettable.
The rooms and bathrooms were not exactly as expected.

El rooftop esta siempre abierto y tiene una vista hermosa a las pirámides.
El personal es muy atento, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos, nos guiaron y orientaron con los tours que vende el hotel. Recomiendo 100% tomar el transporte ida y vuelta del aeropuerto, y varios tours qué ofrecen aca.
El desayuno es comida típica de egipto, muy contundente y rico.
I liked the place
Television wasn’t working and hot water wasn’t running enough for a good shower.
Very bad area. Not clean. Lot of noise during night. Dead RAT on the balcony. Did not want to have breakfast (it was included) but i wanted a coffee and told the coffee was not included. (It did not make sense)
This hotel is fantastic for a couple of days in Cairo. Farouk and all the staff are super helpful and hospitable, with good recommendations of tours and place to visit. The location is perfect, with a rooftop with a view of the pyramids, great place to start and end the days. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.
The only point I believe could've been better is the room cleaning service. We were there for 4 days and haven't had a clean throughout the stay. I guess they expect to be asked for it.
The room looked exceptionally better than alot of hotel rooms I have stayed in whilst in the UK and other parts of the world. The view from the roof top terrace/bar is second to none and the location in proximity to the pyramids is simply the best. If visiting the pyramids in Giza is on your travel plans make sure you stay in this hotel.
